The property was dirty and full of bugs and cobwebs. The toilet was broken, the walls had cracks . This was for our wedding anniversary and everyone had to sleep in one room. The beds upstairs in the attic was dirty and it smelled like mold and the chimney upstairs was coming down. TV did not work. We stayed only 2 nights but she over charged us, a deposit of $350 and an additional $250. When she told me it was $200 a night. My granddaughter got sick from the mold. This property should not be rented. Water view was obstructed.

Dead bugs everywhere even in the coffee maker. Outdoor furniture not wiped off full of cobwebs & dirt. Neighbor Bee came over twice to remind us of property lines including beachfront. Not friendly. Won’t stay again.

White, soft sand. Very clean. Easy access to Lake Erie. No rocks.
