I’m very dissatisfied with my order of wings . I should’ve noticed the sign . I placed my order an was served within minutes. Saying to myself great . I’d worked up a hefty appetite for wings an fries. Upon arriving home anticipating fresh hot wings. Was I in for a shock . The first bite , I noticed something wasn’t right . So I ignored my first thoughts. Grabbing the 2nd wing . Taking another bite . I noticed my wings wasn’t freshly cooked. They were recooked wings . I’m very disappointed. Every wing seemed recooked. I wish I’d followed my first thought, which was to drive back to Maryland’s . To voice my dissatisfaction. Listening to my stomach say just eat . The owner assured me a few weeks ago all the chicken are made to order. Well this visit he wasn’t there . So I guess I’ll have to look for his vehicle before venturing in again. I must mention my first visit I would have rated 4.5 stars . So this is the average of both visits .

P. S. I just noticed a few hours later. The bottom of receipt has a return policy . Stating no money back however you may return an receive another order with receipt. May have been an honest mistake. I’m sure cooks aren’t touching foods for freshness or temperature.

I asked for menu in drive thru. Manager said we don't have any. I ordered grits bacon platter with tea. He gave me watery grits greasy meat that almost looks like bacon three day old eggs dried up and flat. I didn't get my toast and my ice tea. They gave me a drink of their choice which almost made me throw up at first sip. It wasn't tea. It cost me a comparison price to other restaurants that have quality food. I'm so mad and disappointed. No receipt was given and no phone number to call and complain. The man that waited on us was not friendly. At all. I want my money back. And on top of all that I feel sick on my stomach.

Well I would give you the place five stars but their food is beginning to taste like the other Maryland Crosstown. Don't know why but there used to be a distinction and there food always tastes it better then the Maryland slappy. Oh come on guys get it together get back to standing out as one of the best restaurants in Albany to buy fried chicken from. Don't get complacent and do what you do best
