The price of this hotel is very reasonable. But you get what you pay for.Although, and probably because, I was very disappointed. We were heading home after dropping our RV off in a storage facility. We had to pack our car with a lot of big luggage and boxes that needed to go back home, so there were quite a few that we didn't want to leave in the car. They put us in a 2nd floor room. But there is no elevator. We had to carry it up the stairs. Not easy for a couple of 70somethings. You could easily see all of the windows and glass doors were filthy, which means it was filthy where you couldnt easily see. The room was fine, but I am most disappointed/disgusted about the cleanliness of the "free breakfast". The coffee was like brown water with no flavor. I couldn't identify what was in a crockpot that had old food all over it. There were previously frozen eggs but no microwave. No bacon or sausage. The toasters didn't really work too well. No fruit at all. And it was filthy. I am somehow unable to add pics, but trust me. Previous reviews mention sausage and gravy, but i saw no such thing. Don't bother with the "free" breakfast.

Room was nice and sheets were clean. Only on hard office chair to sit in. We eat food in room. Parking and place seemed safe. No luggage carts at the far end of the hotel. Budget friendly but 2 small poodles cost $20 each. Would recommend if the aforementioned doesn't matter.

If there was a chance for me to put zero start I would. I was tired aftet long drive and all I wanted to do was get a place to stay. From the getting in the vibe of the person at front desk was off. Not smilling to you and talking with such a harsh and bothered tone. For a second was even thinking whether I should drive more and find another place to stay. But it was late and was tired. I checked in and when I faced a problem and asked for help he dared asked me if I have even been in a hotel in all my life or this was the first time?! How dare to ask someone that? I figured my race was giving him that am poor how can I afford this. I did not say much but let it go but kept praying for morning to come so I could leave. And the toilet was nasty like not well cleaned. Yes very judgemental and rude. I will save this place a reminder to never find myself here ever again so help me God!

Room was neat and comfortable. The Snell of the pool was the first thing you smelled, sadly I was only stopping by for one night and didn't enjoy the pool. Front desk were helpful, they did have breakfast in which I didn't get to try due to leaving very early.

This place sucks! Most unfriendly people ever! It’s rated two stars but they were being generous! One star too many! It would be well worth your time to drive a little further to Elk City! They wouldn’t even keep the pool open until specified hours ! Won’t be back!

AMAZING! Felt so safe and secure. Jacuzzi tub in room, comfy bed and well appointed bathroom. The pool and breakfast looked awesome, wish we could have stayed longer.

Upon arrival, first noticed how clean & fresh the lobby was. The staff were very friendly & professional. The room exceeded expectations as it was updated, great bed & pillows. The morning breakfast was delicious. And the price was spot on.|Highly recommended, overnight or for an extended stay🙏

I was pleasantly surprised. Normally, I’m a Marriott or Hilton guy, but I found myself in need of a hotel in the area last night. I read the review about this place and it sounded pretty good. The rooms were cleaned, the staff was professional, and the hotel was well maintained. I would not hesitate to stay here if I’m in the area in the future.
