Nice and clean with friendly, smiling staff. Pool area is nice but from my room I had to walk through the lobby in my swimsuit. Not a big deal but kind of weird in my swimsuit. Breakfast was above average and very good. Definitely would stay again.

Nice clean hotel, room was good sized and had all amenities except for a fridge. Warm continental breakfast was included. What was really nice was they offer a free shuttle to the casinos on Friday and Saturday nights which we used and it was very convenient. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I would stay here again if in the area.

we stayed here one night, and we have stayed in prior as well. includes a small breakfast buffet. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and the Price is good. The only issue we had was a family let a very sick child go to the buffet and touch everything/cough on everything. The staff was trying their best to sanitize behind him....the parents should have brought food to the room instead of infecting everyone else.

Visited the pool, which was fine. When I asked for a towel for my kids they said that towel were only available for their guests. It's not like we didn't pay to use their pool. Towels should be available for everyone! Would've given 5 stars if the woman hadn't be so rude about it.

The staff here are wonderful. We purchased a pool pass to utilize the swimming pool. The price was fair and the pool is clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and inviting. The beds are comfortable. I would recommend a stay here. They have a great shuttle to the casino as well. Will stay again.

Had to stay at a hotel when we got stuck between moving out of our home and into our new home. We picked the AmericInn Griswold because it was kind of at the mid-point between the two. First, the reservation process (Lia) was professional and capable. She delivered great customer service. Second, the room was immaculate...linens and towels fresh and clean. The housekeeping staff obviously cared about the manner in which they did their jobs, and their guests. Third, both the interior and exterior property was clean and manicured..no trash, neatly maintained parking area and grounds. Finally, the manager Debbie was awesome in assisting us in making sure that during a very stressing time in our lives, we had a perfect stay..free of stress and a brief period of time to relax and take a breath. We are so grateful to her and all the staff that helped us and we will never forget. Thank you so much!

The people are always so lovely, clean comfortable beds & the nice ladies at the front desk will do anything to help. Beautiful hot tub and pool also. Every morning from 6-10 they have an amazing spread of an awesome breakfast. Anything you could want.

We spent 4 nites here. I can't say enough good things about the motel. The cleanliness, the amenities and the staff. All were great. The breakfast was great, even with Belgian waffles. And then one of the best things to start the day was the breakfast hostess. Carmen never stopped keeping things running smoothly, but always had time for a word with the guests or to help the guests with everything. A great asset to a very enjoyable stay. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so great.
