Hotel in a Great location DEPLORABLE Hotel. This place has really gone down. I got up to go to the bathroom and my feet were soaking wet from a leak. I called earlier to complain about a homless man asking me for cigarettes and the front desk clerk Vijay, said he's homeless with a mental problem I'm watching him but he did not ask him to leave. When I called to report the bathroom leak and ask to be moved I was told by Vijay I'm always making trouble and he refused to move me telling me to talk to the manager in the morning because he wasn't moving me. He was nasty and condescending. Then he had the nerve to get an attitude with me saying he's not renting to me again, as if I would lol🤣. The pillows were nasty and had some type of black stuff all over them. I went to put my water in the refrigerator only to find it did not work. I went to heat my food to find a deplorable microwave and ate cold food. $80 down the drain. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU LIKE LIVING IN FILTH AND BLOWING MONEY!!!

I was working for this man. He wasnt payin right. Juggingy us out a check..... but Sam. Disrespect taken your money. Room clean but sheet an bed spread do not getting change....to much goin on. I feel like it need to be shut down

Very disappointed in this hotel. While the room seems to be a non-smoking one, there were burn holes in our blanket and the cover sheet. |One of the 2 door safeties had screws pulling away. There was a glass shard on the heater/AC console, and dirt in the corners. The bath tub appeared unclean.|The one positive was that the mattresses were comfortable. But the pillows were thin.|The most worrying, though, was the trash bag over the smoke detector.

First off the Employee/owner/manager Vijay is the rudest person I've ever encountered. He was only semi nice when he charged my credit card and took my cash in error(which i have not received back) they put me and my boyfriend in a room that was suppose to be nonsmoking and it smelled so bad and then we had toilet issues from day 1, i asked to be moved and they just told me they would send maintenance, he snaked the toilet the first night& second night which is a Friday i bring my kids to stay because my job has me working a lot of over time and Vijay says to me oh are those your kids i say yes and i think everything is fine. I also purchased a $5 premium internet that never worked even after calling the customer care number( i would like my money back. And we also complained about the toilet this night as well and they just handed me a plunger through the door. still wouldn't move us next night i get off at 7 am from working 16 hours my finance was headed out the door to go smoke and Vijay aggressively walks up to him and asks where the lady.. well i was in the room trying to sleep. i got up to go pay for my last night there and he rudely ask how many people are in the room and i reply 4 he says no they are 4 adults which it was only 2 i have 2 teenage boys that don't look the least bit grown 14&16 and i tell him ill bring them up to show he cusses me and tells me to get out his hotel. I am calling Wyndham to see about a refund because we didn't have a working toilet the entire stay and i still have pending charges and i paid them cash. also bring exact change cause they round up on your stay instead of giving you your change. He said he owns a microtel in college park and a property in stockbridge i would never spend another penny with him. the rooms are very poor quality and he harasses paying guest instead of the prostitutes and drug addicts he has hanging around his property. they own that motel 6 next to them as well. They need to be shut down the room smelled like mildew and the sofa pull out did as well towels were all stained and housekeeping knocks on everyone's door between 9-10am when check out is not til 11.

Some of the managers are really rude. He hung up on me twice and he just didn't seem welcoming at all. The key cards barley worked. The room I was in had water leaking through the floor and the doors never really worked right. The house keepers were sweet though and the room was clean. If they did a little upgrading, maybe this could be a five star hotel.

I would not recommend this facility unless you are ok with a dirty room and unsavory characters running around. The location was decent and close to lots of shops, etc. The blankets had hair stuck to them. The floors of the room are not mopped and are gross. The facility was home to numerous construction crews and I really didn't feel safe there with my granddaughter. Only decided to stay there because my adult son was working for a company that had reserved a room for him there and I had him stay in my room with me and only then I was able to feel somewhat safe.

The worse place I ever stayed in. When first got into the room, the bed was nice and clean so I thought, not too bad for the price. Couple of hours later when I got ready to shower, the bathroom was nasty. The toilet was new, but the walls look like someone smeared makeup all over them, and the shower not so great. To add on, the walls were thin so you could hear people in the other room very clear, and people stayed outside my room talking the entire night. Needless to say this was my first time here and my last time!

Loved the rooms THEY ARE BIG. I absolutely didn't like 2 workers..after i checked in they tried to charge my card for another day. I was constantly harassed by the front desk and housekeeping by knocks on my door and by phone. Long story short I got the police involved and was able to stay like my reservations stated and no longer harassed. I check out the next day and checked in , in another hotel on the same street. SMH.....this place sucks for good customer service all the way around. GO ANOTHER WAY, DON'T CHECK IN HERE!!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
