So for the price, and the fact you don't have to freeze your butt off if u want to smoke a cig, it's alright of a place. The service is OK, if u don't run into the owners. They're rude and they will take your money. Just go later in the day and get the next shift and service is fine. It's nice to be close to the casino, as long as you don't go lose everything there, lol. They did upgrade the rooms, although, after all that work, you'd think they'd have finished strong with a new bedspread or 2. JS. Overall it's ok. Don't go outside after night hanging out tho. Fyi.. lol

Literally had dead bugs in the window seal, black mold, the shower head and bathtub leaked more water than I was able to even get on my body. Wanted to ask for a refund, but there was a very large language barrier between me and the front counter. Room would only open if you lifted the handle up, had to slam the door shut. Think we would have rather just slept in the car honestly.

This place is the worst place ever. They should not even get one star. My son said before he booked this hotel. He had called them for the age restrictions. The guy he spoke with said 18+. So my son went his way to booked it. When he got there to check in. The lady there said she was not able to check him in because he was under 21. He left there thinking of nothing. That night I checked saw Americans best value inn charged his card. I called there myself and asked them why was his card charged when he was not allow to check in? The lady explained she have not charged him. I say i understand you didnt swipe his card, but it still showed that he was being charged. She said she could not do anything. I couldnt do anything from there. So we ended the phone conversation there. Im sure shes a white lady and she was being as nice as she can. Anyway now i just have to wait until the charged was complete. Today 10/23. I called. The lady i spoke with on the phone was the most rudest person. When i tried to explained to her about the situation. I told her before my son booked there. He called first and he said he spoke with a man asking about the age restrictions. This man said 18+. Thats why he decided to booked it. When that this lady hear this, instead of hearing me out. She cut in between me and started saying no the age restrictions is 21+. I have already understood from the day of the checkin that you'll need to be 21+. I did not need her to tell me that again. She did not listen to what I try to get across. She was so rude. I have to tell her can she just please listen to what i have to say. After i explained what happened. She then said their policy. You have to be 21+. At this point i am already upset because again, thats not what i want to know. She told me to wait and she will look into it. I said okay. I waited. Next thing i knew. She hung up on me. I called again. She picked up. I asked her why did she hang up? She said she was busy. I said if she was busy why didnt she put me on hold or say anything? Why did she just hung up. What she did had already made my more angry. I sure with anyone they would be mad too. She said shes so busy call her back and hung up again. I called back after 10 mins. A man picked up. I asked to talk to the owner. He said hes the owner. I cant believe this bastard was beyond rude too. Again he try telling me about the age policy again. That i lied. I was like how and when? I was only trying to explain what happened and how it happen. But this owner would noy let me explain it. He was mocking me over the phone. WOW, JUST WOW! This whole entire time my point that Im trying to get these people to understand was if my son was not able to checkin and stay that night WHY WAS HE CHARGED FOR IT? That was the question.
They SCAMMED my son knowing he was under the age of 21. They knew very well he was a good target. The owner claimed my son never called about it. I got phone history he did called asking for the age restrictions. I got record they scammed him for money and declined his stay.
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE. Their reviews are terrible to begin with anyway. That already tells you so much about them. Just wait and watch his reply after reading this.

Blanket had stains and cigarette burns. Bed frame was broken/ melted? They made us come get our own pillows and towels from the desk. Phone didn’t work. Found multiple bugs around the room. Had a reservation for 4 nights but decided to switch hotels after 2nd night and the front desk lady wanted to argue with me about how many nights she was supposed to refund. They also advertise free breakfast and room service which they don’t offer. Terrible service, will not ever go back.

No lamps. TV with no signal on any input.
Missing drawer on one end table and graffiti inside desk drawer.

Everything was clean and we had all motel necessities otherwise.

Didn’t attempt to utilize vending/ice machines or any other facilities.

Pros, and cons 4/9/23 -
Hanging out at the very close casino, we decided to grab a nearby room for the night. The price here was fair enough - and the room served its purpose for the night with a comfortable bed and the room was clean. There is an outdoor pool, but it's not open this time of year. Staff got us in our room quickly and efficiently.
- there was a 50 dollar deposit in case anything got broken... several things in the room were broken ... but functional. I wasn't there for a long stay so I didn't care about that. Coffee was terrible, no hot water for a morning shower, sink drain was very slow to drain, and no breakfast as advertised. But McDonald's was right across the street for coffee and breakfast. We left early, and it only took a minute to collect our deposit, we did not have to wait until check out time. We got a smoking room, and it did not stink. Sheets were clean and comfortable. The TV was nice sized (I've had rooms elsewhere with tiny TVs) air conditioner worked great. , overall - it was a good stay for us! We would stay again.

The rooms are smaller than others in same price range and the service is very little or nonexistent tbh but for the price it was not abnormal all and all 3 stars was the only high bar attainable in my opinion #✅️4️⃣🛏🪳
