Do not come and stay at this hotel they are not stocked in their hotel rooms. They do not clean their hotel rooms and when you go down to the front office, they apparently cannot get you anything that you need. I do not recommend this hotel at all, my fiancé was in the shower. We had absolutely no towels. I went down to try and get some. They tried to blame it on housekeeping, but yet she couldn’t get us any at all as well. I do not recommend this hotel at all

The pictures on the the apps make it look great it is nothing but a crack house. Our room was extremely dirty there was pee in the toilet the carpetvwascso filthy we didn't want to take our shoes off there coastal sex toy in the night stand the ceiling was coming apart over the tub missing cabinet doors holes in the walls no bed spreads we where supposed to have a pull out couch andcan extra bed they got rid of the couch and just put a bed there only a couple of pillows 2 towels that looked like they where used to wipe up something I immediately asked for towels they said they didn't have any listing said there was a full restaurant with room service nope said there where elevators they didn't work stay away don't waste your time.

Missing the couch fridge isn't working leaking faucets and my air conditioner broke and flooded my closet and ruined my $500 Harley Davidson leather jacket and all they. Would say was oh well shit the air conditioner off and maintenance will be in tomorrow

Positive: Nothing. Negative: The room did not match the pictures on the site. It looked like it was an old used up drug dealing apartment with graffiti in the apartment and the restroom looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The area of the hotel was very sketchy and unsafe.

I was ecstatic to make a doordash delivery at this establishment for years earlier I took my then new family there to brag on it, & they loved it. Now most of the inner courts had graffiti on the walls and a few of the elevators had out of order on them. I have visited several states and cities in which your company property was run down now. I know that your headquarters are in China,what does this say about your people that come over here for business or just visit the way this world is going? Please change your business practices.

I went here on 6/20/24. Got my room. And it was nothing like the pictures. The kitchen ceiling was falling down. The patio doors was locked by a broom handle. And still had a gap. The tv remotes had no batteries. Couldn't watch TV. And the closet had water coming from the ceiling. I immediately went down the road and got another hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff did say I would be refunded my money. And still to this day have not heard anything back from them.

I liked having a full kitchen with a stove. For what I paid I got exactly what I expected. Slept well. The hotel wasn't too bad. I really enjoyed the balcony. The staff was soo nice and so amazing. I didn't like that that I had that they used Fabulouso for everything to clean. The smell was overpowering in the living room. The motel is extended stay, so some guests utilize the place as more of an apartment setting. The pool was closed for the season unfortunately. Some of the furniture did look like it was used, maybe even overused, such as in a long-term setting.
