Never have I ever had a horrible experience with staff at any hotel me and my family stay at before we stayed here. Right off the bat, the reception Jackie was extremely rude and very passive aggressive for no reason. I came to check in for our reservation and this girl was having a nasty attitude the entire time. I was still polite and giving her the benefit of the doubt like maybe she’s having a bad day or something so I brushed it off at first. She gave us our room key but didn’t tell us our room # or if it was upstairs or downstairs. So I went back to the office , she was already helping another couple check in and I noticed she was being very rude to them as well. The way she was speaking to people is not ok! I asked her what was my room # she said “it’s on the remote sweetie” in a sarcastic way. I went upstairs to my room and the key wasn’t working so I had to go back and tell her. As soon as I told her the key wasn’t opening our room door she said “AGAIN” ? I said what do you mean again this is the first time I try to get in my room. Then she says “Well of course if you put your phone next to the key it’s not going to work” I then let her know I didn’t do that because my phone was in my pocket. The attitude was so uncalled for. She then started questioning the ages of my kids to see if they can get in the pool or not. I let her know my husband was going to come later when he gets off work and if I could add his name on the list for our room. She said “No you could just meet him somewhere and give him the key” I let her know I wanted him to check in and have his own key and she made it so difficult. I’ve never had an experience like this in my life. My husband then let me know she was also giving him attitude as well when he checked in, only her not the other staff that was there. She really ruined this experience with us and we will never be coming back to this hotel even though we loved the room & also the indoor pool.

We booked two rooms for a three day event. The location was safe and near fast food (Starbucks, McDonalds), and the rooms were clean. The staff was really helpful-- we put up the Do Not Disturb placards to skip maid service, but the woman at the front desk switched out our towels when I asked, no problem. The refrigerator held 3 days of leftovers and snacks, so I was impressed, and unfortunately for me (but fortunately for my companions) the ac works great. The indoor pool was also very popular.

My only critique is the shower never gets hot-- we managed to find warm, but it's one of those old school turn the knob 360 degrees kind of things, so it took more time than you'd want to first thing in the morning. Kind of rough, but we managed. Also there is a communal coffee setup near the front desk, but the hot water wasn't there, so no tea.

I was also very grateful to the front desk who called after we checked out to let us know we'd left our apple watch behind. It saved us a lot of time and panic.

I was given a more expensive room- which was dirty - it had not been cleaned. hair and bubbles still in the tub as though someone had taken a bath 5 minutes before. They told me it was the only room available. So I asked that it be cleaned and disinfected. They said they cannot do that and offered 10$ discount to stay in a dirty room.
I then asked to be moved (because after all they did have other rooms) and was told I would be refunded the difference - WHICH THEY NEVER DID
My credit card was not discounted. I would not trust this place to be clean, honest, or considerate of guests. It was the owner who said she was refunding me right away. Stay somewhere else.

We just checked out. The Manager told us that we smell bad and we didn't take showers when we clearly did when it's their rooms that smell. They told me I couldn't get my deposit back and it smelled like smoke when we don't even smoke in the rooms. Not only that they were being discriminating due to the fact that my wife has mental issues and didn't want us to rent a room.

This area is not perfect, but we felt safe while walking our dog during the night. The back area could use more lighting. Rooms and service were excellent. Traveling with a K9 service dog is sometimes difficult. With noises and attitudes, here we had a wonderful experience.

Clean room. I love that they have a bathtub! It's always quiet here. That's a strict no smoking/vaping rule 🚭!! I really enjoy staying here! They have an indoor pool and hot tub! Update: I booked a room and when I got there they said I had to put 60 Dollars cash deposit because "we left the room dirty last time" (we did not). When we checked out she said "there's plastic over the smoke alarm you were smoking in that room, therefore I'm keeping the 60 Dollars. " We didn't do that at all... And we're not the ones that put plastic over the smoke alarm, either!! She kept our money. I'll never, ever go back here again or recommend it to anyone!

Positive: Nothing Negative: Yes there was no hot water and the spa bath didn't work and I was very mad because that's the whole reason I booked that room for the bath and it was terrible
