It's a great place to get rest and relaxation!! Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Alot of store's around here to fulfill all of your shopping or grocery needs.

Shame on you for not keeping your place clean. If you can't afford to clean or keep things up to date and bug free. Then close your doors. Not all people want to get sick. Don't be nasty.

Honestly I stayed here when it was called ABVI and the owners at that time wasn't good or great owners at all. The wife of the male owner was to joules of female customer so she was so unperfsunal and very very rude to female guest that she told me that I could never rent a room there again but then told my partner that he/she still could rent there. SORRY NOT SORRY I do believe if I'm not welcome then neither is my partner. Honestly the old owner's liked switching partner's and that's nasty SORRY NOT SORRY Hun I dang sure don't want your man

Got here very late and the night check-in was OK.

The bed was firm and the room was clean. The staff was accommodating, as I had requested that they remove the bedding, which they did before my arrival. The shower worked great.

The area is quiet except for a train track that I heard once or twice before falling to sleep. The hotel is older and difficult to find after dark, but a great price for a good night's sleep.

Used to be a Day's Inn based on my conversation with the staff.

am a contracted Network Engineer for a large company, and I travel frequently. I had just finished up at one of our sites on Friday, and I wasn't supposed to need to be at the next site until Tuesday. I thought that Sallisaw would be a good place to rest, and be out long before checkout time on Monday to leisurely make my way to OKC for the next job. I booked two nights at this motel, and I checked in Sunday afternoon. The place wasn't terribly clean, but the young lady behind the counter was friendly enough. The facility had made a few half-hearted attempts at making the place ADA accessible, and the room had a musty smell, but as a contractor I have stayed in worse. I dropped off my luggage went out for an early dinner. On the way back, I was called by work and the employer had decided that I needed to be in OKC on Monday. So, I checked out of America's Best Value Inn of Sallisaw, and the girl behind the counter said that I would receive a phone call from the owner/manager regarding what might be done about a possible refund. I said I'd be grateful, and happy for a refund of only half, because I understand about hotel bookings. I did not hear from them Sunday or Monday, and so I called on Tuesday and I was brusquely informed "We don't do the refunds." As a contractor, I have stayed in rooms that rented by the hour, and I have stayed in some world class hotels, and this place ranks among the lowest regard for customers I have ever seen. I'd advise finding another place to stay, and possibly another town.

I'm not one to gripe about my hotel stays, especially if its just one night but this place was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. There were bugs smashed in the walls as well as splatters of god knows what. The pillows were vile. Stained with what looked to me as possible urine. The towels were nasty and when we went to get our showers the water was BROWN. It didn't run through and turn back clear either. It stayed BROWN. We requested a non-smoking room and as soon as we opened the door smoke was all we could smell. If we hadn't been kept up all night worried about the nastiness of it we were kept up by the people outside and the cops sirens every 30 minutes. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I've had much cleaner rooms. Staff was surly. One of the beds
was broken. Housekeeping was in the room every day but did little to freshen it. No additional soap or shampoo. No fresh shower cap. We stayed 3 days and had to ask for fresh towels. Price was reasonable, if only the service had also been reasonable.

This is a motel style place which traveling alone made me uneasy, I was expecting a hotel. However, the place was clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. They really extended themselves to make the visit pleasant. I had difficulty with the tv and wi fi, apparently they got a new system and it was ‘iffy’ but did eventually work. It met the minimum requirements: water has hot, AC worked. I wouldn’t recommend it for a woman traveling alone but is an economical place for getting a good night’s sleep without frills. My room had a spa tub but it also had a bath mat partially glued to the tub that trapped dirt underneath, so in my opinion was not usable, but the shower was clean enough and worked fine. There was a minimal breakfast included from the diner across the parking lot but I didn’t eat there.
