Would give ZERO stars if I could - 0/10 do NOT recommend this hotel whatsoever - literally stay anywhere else. Spending the night in our car would have been better. We received a smoking room, and it smelled terrible - not sure why smoking rooms still exist nowadays. Worst part: ANTS!!! The room was infested with ants, alive and crawling around - even making it into one of the beds (see attached images). Upon checking in and seeing this, we informed the front desk and they were extremely unhelpful and dismissive, offering no assistance or accommodation whatsoever - just said we could speak to the manager in the morning. There were stains everywhere - beds, linens (see attached image), shower curtain, floors (some of which looked like blood). The shower was not cleaned prior to our check-in/after the last people (see image attached). If I didn’t live so far and was able to get a refund I would have never stayed here. The staff are the most unhelpful people I’ve ever encountered, and when discussing the issues with the manager upon check-out, he did not seem surprised to learn there was a live bug infestation in one of his rooms, did not listen or take accountability, and wanted me to stop talking about our poor experience because he knew other people could hear me. No refund or other form of compensation was offered, and the room was not cheap at all! Waste of money and a horrifying experience, worst hotel room I have ever seen/stayed in (and I’ve even stayed in the middle of nowhere in Texas - where the room was 10x cleaner and the staff were 10x nicer and more accommodating than this horrendous place). Summary: Absolutely not, go anywhere else.

I never stayed at place more dirtier then this one.. After I notified the management that I will have my kids staying with me they gave me a smoking room which I didn't know until I walked into it. First thing as i opened the door was a bad smell of cigarettes that's when I knew it was a smoking room. Lucky kids where still in school and not with me at that time. After a quick look around with my wife we started to notice other things that were unsanitary for the room, which was burned cigarettes holes on the bed covers , dirty air filter cover for the air conditioner, and dirty ironing board with no iron whats the point of having that. Then i made my way to the restroom which got worse the light switch looks like nobody ever cleaned it or wiped it down, the bathtub floor was really dirty like then don't know what comet or ajax is, shower rack rails had dirty finger marks on them and the towels that they put in there look like someone used them and folded them an put them back to be used again. After we found all these things I started to take pictures to show management. The manager then said that the room is brand new and that. Nothing he can do, which is a big load of you know. He said that he can't give me a discount or move me to a different room and that I don't need to show him any pictures of room and that I don't need to posting reviews about this situation. So with that being said I forced to stay in this unfit and unsanitary room because he don't want to give me my money back or switch rooms.. so I want everyone to know what I have to go though before u consider staying here this place is a definitely no go unless you have no other option witch there is plenty of other places you can stay at then here.

As the saying goes “you get what you pay for.” That’s these rooms.” Nothing special about them. 4 walls and a bed. But at the rates these rooms go for you shouldn’t expect much more than that.

Let me start off by saying this place is ran by an Indian family and I have nothing against foreigners in the USA but they really have an attitude. They get an attitude if you have any complaints the rooms are $100 plus per night and they act like you're getting the room for free. Check out time is at 11am and I've been here multiple times because I can honestly say the rooms are nice inside but they call you before 11am at 10:50 to tell me with an attitude check out time is at 11am which is unprofessional. This America's best value inn in Rialto off foothill has horrible customer service and if you have to many complaints they'll refuse service to you instead of accommodating your issue. If you want a room with professional customer service I recommend the Americas best value inn in Fontana off valley this place deserves zero stars

The exterior was clean. Plenty of parking spaces.
The outside lighting was real nice.
They have blue 🔵 lighting on the columns it made this place look real modern.
The room was clean. Heater. Tv. Fridge. Microwave. A desk. A round table. Hair dryer.
Bed was comfortable. Smoking room but it didn't smell like an ashtray. Over all it was a great 2 days stay. I stayed in hotels very often up to a year because of my work. The person at the office was quick and attentive.
I went out to get food when I came back I couldn't open the door. I walked to the office 12:30 am. The person at the office reset my card but I couldn't open the door.
He was nice enough to walk over and help me to open the door by showing me the right way to use the card.
He looked at me didn't say a word but he didn't need to I know what he was 🤔 thinking.
To walk all the way from one end to other end of the building just to help me I give this place and the staff a five ⭐ rating..
I left a tip for housekeeping I hope they got it.
I definitely recommend this place.
