The location was great, the room was horrid. I didn't want to give it 5 stars for the location, because having a clean roach free room isn't what they had. They used to be America's Best Value Inn and they own the Super 8 across the way, probably own the Economy Inn as well. They wanted a $50 cash deposit but I only do cards, but for what. We kept the all lights on all night, I used the bathroom in the morning and that was the only time I heard the fan come on.

The phone in the room said America's Best Value Inn, dead roaches in the fridge and bathroom. Lives ones near the microwave and fridge. We had an upstairs room but for what it was only 7 cars in the parking lot at 11pm. In the morning the downstairs room, I was parked in front of was wide open with someone sleeping in it. Other reviews said hotel management comes in the room when they want, I'm assuming they left the door open. I heard someone outside our room at 12am pushing what sounded like a laundry cart, already had tissue in the peep hole.

For the price we didn't expect the Hilton.
Negative:
The only complaints we had was it was really dusty around the microwave. We had to move the microwave to plug it in. Coffee pot was dirty. And the continental breakfast consisted of cereal, bread and prepackaged small cinnamon rolls. None of which would be enough for my 2 teenage boys and younger son. Also, there were burn holes on the blankets.
Positive:
A/c was amazing, no bed bugs (yes we checked). Not a terrible room for the price. For the most part it was clean other than the above. And the customer service was great!

Great price with friendly staff, clean facilities and nice rooms. Our room had comfortable beds, clean linens, Cox Cable, a mini-fridge, a fantastic air conditioner, hair dryer, microwave, alarm clock, desk and extra chairs. The continental breakfast was simple but fresh and the service area was kept clean. Though we didn't take advantage of them, the hotel also included a guest laundry room & swimming pool. Definitely a great value.

Because your employees made it good! Jessica was an incredibly kind receptionist and helped me switch rooms when a small problem concluded.

My only problem? WiFi, the only good connection even only two doors down from the office was outside or in the office itself.

Otherwise, new air conditioning units clean rooms and nice showers for the price!

Great prices and staff. The room we stayed in was quite icky. Within 10 minutes of walking in our room we killed 6 flies. We always check for bedbugs first thing in any hotel. We found none. We did find blood stains on sheets, dead bugs and live spiders though. The pool was closed throughout our stay. For the price I wasn't expecting much.

When we first arrived, the lobby was nice. The clerk couldn't find our reservation, so we had to wait 2 hours for a room. No biggie. There is no free wifi. Or any that our clerk knew of. The pool isn't seasonal. Our room was big and the bed was soft {super surprised}. The bathroom was small but clean. The microwave wasn't cleaned, again no biggie. And the fridge was broke and froze all our food within hours. For the price, we would definitely stay here again on a budget. Oh, and breakfast ends at 9, our clerk told us 10:30

When we got to the room the key didn't work had to go back down and get a new key. Then when we got in the room there was no electricity.
So went down again to get a different room. So went in to the different room. This room had no light bulbs in it. So went down again they gave me one light bulb. Then went in to the bathroom to find cockroaches. So went down again. Talk to manager told her they have cockroaches, she said I know. Will never recomend this hotels to anyone. My stay horrible.

This place is a dump. The AC barely gets cool even with low 70's outside. The room smells less than pleasant. There are no electrical outlets at all, so if you need to use your laptop or even charge your phone, you're out of luck. If I was paying out of pocket, and not my employer, I would never stay here
