Not a bad place to stay, very budget minded if you are looking for a no frills place to lay your head for the night.
They do have breakfast, not sure of the quality, I left before it was served.
If you drive a commercial vehicle you must park in the chinese restaurants lot as close to tge hotel as possible.
I was there durning the off season so I'm sure when nicer weather gets here, the place will be lively!!!

My partner and I stayed for two nights and during those two nights, bugs. bugs everywhere. they were climbing up the walls and on our nightstand. we had two dogs with us which made us even more paranoid as we thought that they could maybe ingest one of the bugs. we couldn’t tell if it was a roach or some sort of beetle. the employees were wonderful but it definitely could’ve been more clean for how expensive it was. $207 for a room with bugs and odd stains in the shower. other than that it was an okay stay but definitely will not be staying there again.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Very dirty. A lot of stuff on the floor as if they haven’t vacuum/cleaned the floors. A non smoking room but the wreaked of cigarettes. Bathroom NASTY. 🤮 don’t know how long they had these shower curtains. Very disappointed but had no choice to stay in this filth due to coming into town later than expected.

Nice big room on the second floor with a perfect view of the lake. We're here for the Mercer county fair and the town is busy.
I don't know where those prices on Google came from. Our 2 adults and small dog rate was $120 after taxes.

My "smoking allowed " room was clean,
and on the ground floor.
I didn't hear anyone or anything after I closed the door and went to bed.
Grand Lake is right across the street,
and I plan on visiting again later in the summer. The hotel is nothing fancy,
but it is clean and well located for enjoying the water.
The staff were pleasant and obviously took a lot of pride in the maintenance of the building.
Perfect for my needs and visit.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at this hotel! Considering the price, I thought it was a great value. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The amenities were standard, but that's all I needed. It's not a luxurious hotel, but it's a solid choice if you're looking for a no-frills place to stay. I'd give it 5 stars for the price - it met my expectations and I would stay here again. If you book online is chipper but take a while to pop up in the system. Other than that, everything ok. Good location.
