This place is conveniently located near grocery stores, gas stations, and fast food restaurants. Every morning the owners get up and provide cleaning services to all the guests. The owners do not tolerate loitering and undesirable. This place is just as cheap as all the hotels in Altus but these rooms are much better quality and I have never seen a single cockroach here. Not one. This place is money well spent.
