This is a great value The rooms have been completely remodeled My room is fabulous. I got a microwave refrigerator flat screen TV a bathroom a very comfortable bed with four pillows which I need. The staff is friendly courteous they went to extra links to help me I was having trouble with my credit cards because I'm traveling and my credit card companies think it's fraud. So they Wentworth to extra links to make sure I was good Plus they take dogs. My dog loved it that was a huge field beside the hotel where you can take your dog and play ball or whatever you like to do. So if you don't need the fancy names and all the other crap that comes along with these other hotels this is the place to stay.

Front Desk was more than helpful. No, it isn't the Hilton; their service isn't as high a caliber. The property is about to be under new management, so expect some changes very soon😇🌬️❤️‍🔥

One roll of toilet paper they usually leave two in past great service asked them to bring me a roll said no housekeeping there wow never happened before I'm disappointed when you go on a trip you should always have housekeeping service or someone to help with needs overall in past good but customer needs are first not staff being out ty

Bed bugs!!! Lots of them. We had to grab a spot last minute. The reviews were good, so we stayed. Bad mistake. I have, easily, 100-150 bed bug bites. We had to leave at the crack of dawn, to escape. We only checked in at 11pm. Most horrible experience ever when checking in, the smell of East Indian cooking permeated the nostrils. We should have left then.

Positive: Location Negative: Smokers room when asked for non. Other at hotel had same experience. There were burn marks on sheets, counters, stained furniture the smell of smoke was very strong. Doubted sheets and blankets were changed. Tub did not drain well , chalking bad. Etc. Negative: ""

Great price, clan room and comfortable beds, accommodating staff. If you fixate on details, breakfast, and pool, go elsewhere and pay double the price. Location is good with a good restaurant close by and a Love's station next door. Less than 5 minutes to anything in Morrilton. I will be returning in the future to this hotel.
