My favorite pizzas were always Gionino's Tallmadge and Guiseppe's caston rd Akron until last week. I went to Gioninos and they were closing , dang I was so hungry for their pizza . Reluctantly I went to Alterios at the circle in Tallmadge When I went to pick them up Sumner - gen mgr- was there and I advised her I had never been there before but my favorite place was closed. She smiled and said I bet this will be when you try it- I smh in disbelief. I ordered 2 small pizzas dropped one off at my sisters. Ohmygosh , my sister called me before I made it home raving “best pizza she ever ate”! She was right - lil bit of deliciousness right there - now MY “hands down” favorite pizza. Went back Sunday and ordered another small pizza and a large antipasto salad - check out the pictures , cut the coupons from Tallmadge town planner and treat yourself to the BEST pizza - I know I know, hard to believe , but I swear you’ll be a believer after your very first bite ! MAMA MIA ! C

I walked in hungry, but left with my soul nourished. This pizza isn’t just food—it’s a spiritual experience. The crust? Perfectly crispy with just the right amount of chew, like a hug for your taste buds. The sauce? It’s like a well-kept secret, rich sweet and tangy, with a flavor that whispers, “Yes, you can have more.”

And don’t get me started on the cheese. I think it may have been made by angels. You know that feeling when you meet someone and immediately know they’re the one? That’s how I felt with every bite. This place does not disappoint. I made a lot of bad decisions in my life and this is far one of them! You gotta try!!

Big fan of Altieri's OG , had to make the trip to try out the new store. Super cute inside, the staff was super friendly.
The pizza was as good as always, and your gluten free crust (and gf canolli) is second to none in my eyes.
More then worth the hour and a half drive !! Yay for pizza

I’ve been a frequent customer of Altieri’s Pizza in Stow for 15+ years. The food is always consistent in quality and taste and the staff are friendly, caring and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience. I’m excited about the new location because it’s closer to home!! The same great tasting food is available at the Tallmadge location along with some of the same great staff members running the place. 10/10

The pizza really wasn’t crazy awesome. Pretty basic. Weren’t very heavy on the toppings which sucked. We got a cannoli and I’m pretty sure they just put vanilla pudding in it, definitely not cream cheese. Will probably get a little Caesars over this pizza.

I was so excited to hear that Altieri's was opening up this location. New locations can be tough but to no surprise, I had the best experience you could ask for! My order was quick and delicious and I was greeted by many smiles at the door. Can't wait to be back again soon!

THE best, family owned, family run pizza business in Stow. We’ve been coming to Altieri’s for over 30 years, and it is the best, homemade real Italian food with the freshest ingredients. And, the food is not out of a commissary box into a fryer or oven. If it does not pass the owners or managers inspection, it is remade. The business is clean, the staff are all friendly, working together as a team. And a lot of the menu items are gluten free. You will enjoy your carryout from the Stow, or, the new Tallmadge Circle location.

Altieri's is fantastic! Best pizza shop in the Stow area ...and now the best pizza shop in Tallmadge! They are so friendly and customer oriented. We ordered their chicken snack and a small pepperoni pizza last Friday and it was absolutely delicious!
