I was glad they were open until 2 a.m. but the price advertised wasn't the same as I was charged. Also, I was up charged for onion rings and seasoned fries but received a small portion of regular soggy fries.

Our family loves this place. Every dish/item that all of us have ever gotten was absolutely delicious. If you like coneys, this place has excellent ones and ask about the coney special, you will appreciate I told you, believe me!

Usually this place is great with the food, hardly any issues.. ordered a double mushroom and Swiss burger.. the cook LITERALLY threw mushrooms from a can on 2 hamburger patties with AMERICAN slices cheese!! The cook didn't even know how to make a mushroom and Swiss burger! I'm not exactly sure how a coney island cook doesn't know how to cook a basic burger. Called them to rectify and let them know (we didn't want a refund or bring it back, just to let them know). The cashier seemed annoyed by the phone call. So just double-check your food before you leave the window..

Tried to grab breakfast before work and since this place is 24/7 and the prices are good I thought I’d try it on the way.
Almost ended up late for work (waited for about 35 minutes) so if you come here plan to wait a bit in the drive through. That being said, the food was worth the wait! It was great!

i hate to give no stars but this is incredibly disheartening. i was becoming addicted to their chicken salad but today, my chiefs salad had two, almost raw, pieces of chicken in it. now i get that they are understaffed most days, but raw meat is unacceptable. since that was in the salad, the rest of my salad is contaminated 🙁 i would prefer over cooked than undercooked but bottom line with raw food is to CHECK IT. this is a major health hazard..hate to let this place go
