This place is terrible! Dirty rooms. Have to get cleaning supplies clean your own bathroom other than a couple of staff , Angel and another lady that works in morning. They are great! Mariah evening is rude and acts like she is on something! Always complaining about being bored. My friend said she should clean something! They have no business center, no fitness center. Room only had steaming out water! The place needs a deep investigation!

I had A tournament in Tulsa this weekend. We didn’t finish playing until 8 and we didn’t get done with dinner until about 10pm. Was pleased with the exterior. Unfortunately, I was given an uncleaned room. I had to go back to the front desk. At this point there was a line. The man in front of me had his comforter in his hands, claiming that there were pee stains on them. He was given another. For me, I was not accommodated. They did not have a clean room available. I had to book another hotel at 11pm on a Saturday night in Tulsa. Save your time and money!

Physically the hotel is amongst large businesses in a commercial district. The room was modern clean and reasonably well lit. The bathroom suffers from a couple of over design issues. Firstly, the barn door style door is discovered by trying to open like a regular door, to discover the hard way as it smashes into the vanity. After the third or fourth use, muscle memory sets in you stop smashing it. The glass shower door opens out but as you try to shut it hemmed in by the toilet, the bottom corner will remove a chunk of skin from your ankle. Ask me how I know! There really is not enough room to get out dripping wet and close the door, but if you leave it open it dumps the water on it on the floor in a puddle. Bedside sockets for charging your phone are below a shelf so you have to get on your hands and knees to plug in your wallet art. All that said, the quality is waaaaay better than the motels we've been in the last week. It was clean, spacious, safe and comfortable. I would use it again without hesitation, which is more than I can say for the place in Albuquerque

Overall the experience was fine. Aloft has been trustworthy for the past few bookings at various locations but Aloft Tulsa wasn’t the best experience due to the condition of the hotel. Staff were friendly and professional so no issues there. Mainly, the hotel really needs a good deep clean because it just seemed dirty/dingy everywhere including the room. The room also had an off smell like musty BO. The fitness room was out of service during this time as well.

I stayed at aloft SFO about 10 years ago and had a good experience. The experiences are so different i questioned whether the chain had decreased in quality. The smell was terrible on the 4th floor. The lock to the door was broken and the carpet was dirty. The lights didn’t work in the first room so we moved. The second one was Still a dirty room with stains on the light fixtures, an unidentifiable brown substance on the numbers to the in room safe and a random hair in my bed..

I am not going to stay here again. Staff was friendly.

There are 0 perks at this hotel. It is dirty. No breakfast, nothing is consistent! Staff is nice but housekeeping is awful. Only positive is pets are free! Mariah at front desk is very rude and seems high all of the time!

This was not my best Aloft stay. The 1st room i was given, half the lights didn't work so I was offered a different room on the same floor. I moved my belongings to the new room only to discover some of the lights didn't work in it either. Yes, I checked light switches and power outlets to make sure I wasn't crazy. The hotel was nice but nothing fantastic. Location was easy to get to. Minimal staffing in the hotel but pleasant.

Horrible horrible experience! We should have known it wasn’t going to be great because upon walking in, the trash cans were overflowing with trash. We booked our hotel room (Double Queen) through the hotel website, not a 3rd party site, just to be told that they overbooked. They offered us a single King for full price…no discount. It was late and other hotels were full so we really didn’t have any options. We got into the room to shower with NO HOT WATER! Then woke up to a leak in the ceiling from the rain. Never again.
