Hotel is in a great location, staff was friendly. The room was a nice size and well appointed, bathroom was large, clean and well organized. The bed was super comfy. My only criticism is that this is a relatively new hotel and the flooring the room was visibly coming apart. They used vinyl wood plank flooring, many of the pieces had separated and you could see the underlayment of the floor. Whomever built this did a poor job. The open seams were prolific in the entire room and made the unit, which would have otherwise been awesome, feel cheap and not well maintained. ||I would stay in the hotel again, the location, vibe, and value it great...but building maintenance should be better.

Dirty. Elevator broken, had to use the service elevator. Had to wait for quite a while by overflowing trash for the elevator. The bar isn’t open. Can’t have glasses to drink in the room. The staff had no answers about what is going on upon our initial displeasure. However, Cherise at the front desk was very helpful and understanding of the situation although it was certainly not her fault. There was no manager to speak with, but she handle her self with grace and professionalism.Knuckle marks in the wall in the room from it being punched. Carpet and furniture are visibly dirty and stained. Trash left in room.
Lights in the vanity do not work. No privacy between bathroom and living quarters. No fan in bathroom for noise, moisture, or smell. No comfortable place to sit. Moving to another hotel asap. Do not stay here!!!!

Pros-More affordable hotel due to location which was great as you can walk to most activities downtown. A modern hotel. Has a cozy seating nook with mini round table. Nice shower head and flow, and quick start to warm water. Fails-sink drain needs tending to remove hair. I would never remove but the drain was lose and came out. Took an extensive amount of time to get hot water to flow from the sink. Sadly a waste of water. Most of us get spoiled by the shower pumps and expect them to be full. I'm in the shower and the shampoo was not coming out. It was below the pump and of course they are locked. So I had to use only the conditioner as I did not bring my own shampoo which I typically have if needed. Ugh never had this happen before. I informed the front desk at checkout as we only booked one night and she said they would have refilled it. How am I to do that if I'm soaked in the shower?

The location was handy, and even though I missed the special rate that included parking, the front desk kindly told us about a nearby garage that was very reasonable. We walked to dinner, and that was helpful after a road trip. The front desk was lovely, and the facility was clean, but it's form over function. Everything looked Insta-ready, but no place to hang coat or towels in the bathroom. just not too practical. And the walls were surprisingly thin (ie, we could hear too much of our neighbors)

Great location, great for using Marriott Bonvoy points. The staff were truly amazing! The valet, the front desk team, housekeeping and the bartender, all were attentive, smiling and friendly. Gave us great tips on things to do around the town. Definitely would go back again.

Great stay except the elevators were not working and everyone had to use the service elevator. Staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. Beds were super comfortable and pillows were awesome. It’s my go to location when working in Savannah.

If you wanna use a stank service elevator that’s filled to the brim with people, stay here. Staff was courteous at least. The hotel is on a very noisy street which was disruptive at night. I do not recommend this hotel. Just spend the extra money on a nicer historical inn if you want anything more than the bare minimum.

Great location, walkable to all areas even the waterfront. Bus station next door and Section 8 housing, but lots of other hotels and people walking around during day hours. Would stay again for the area. Did not buy breakfast there, too many local breakfast and great coffee places close by to enjoy.
