I stayed on my visit for a contest and really appreciated the hotel’s great amenities. The gym and pool were amazing, and having access to snacks, a microwave, and a fridge was super convenient. However, the fridge and AC in the room were unbelievably loud. I came hoping to get good sleep before my bodybuilding contest, but the constant noise made it really difficult to rest properly. If the appliance noise were addressed, this would be a fantastic place to stay.

Very frustrated with breakfast service and MANAGEMENT. I called the front desk to place a breakfast order over the phone like a normal hotel and was told no I had to come downstairs in person. Apparently, past flight members left their food and it got wasted. Our company pays for that food via our contract.

I get ready and come downstairs to be told breakfast is over. I saw a guy from their kitchen pop out 5min later with another crew members order. I was told I could do the grab and go which I can’t eat.

Dear management it should not be a hassle to order my breakfast!!

Rooms were very clean, modern, and spacious. The small fridge worked well. Gave 3 stars because there's no sliding door near the bathroom area to give the glass shower privacy; bad design. Awkward for families and friends. There's a good laundry mat inside the hotel for families, though. Excellent customer service, too.

Looks pretty new. The rooms are ok. It's just the walls/floors are super thin. You can hear EVERYTHING..and I mean EVERYTHING going on in the halls and next door. Which is very surprising for this type of building structure. The location is FANTASTIC!! Plenty of places to eat and things to do near by. I'd stay here again wland maybe wear myself out a bit more so I can sleep more sound.

Rooms clean and that Aloft smell when you walk in. They gave me a tub and I was able to soak away the wedding I flew in for. The morning free coffee was fresh and delish and my ride to the airport was flawless and ready to go when I was about 10 minutes early. I would and will stay here again when I go back to Savannah!

Ceiling and Walls are super thin. Believe the comments. Probably would not choose to stay here again for that reason.

The rooms have very thin walls and as an airline pilot, it makes it hard to get a good nights rest for the next days flight. Apparently the people in the room next to me were having some fun sexy time throughout the night.

When I checked in, the front desk person was indifferent. The hotel shuttle is not waiting for us when we landed, so we had to wait close to 45 minutes after we landed for the hotel to pick us up.

Also this property does not give hotel credit or points to airline employees.

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and it seems to get worse every time I stay. During my first stay, my room was full of ants, and the management team acted like it was my fault for having bugs in my unit. This time I stayed, and the front office team was not friendly at all. They did not even acknowledge me and didn't look up from their cellphones when I came into the hotel lobby countless times. On top of that, they gave me a handicap villa which had automatic windows, but the cords were cut, so I could not use them. This was such a huge disappointment. I asked for the GM card and name, but the front desk agent had nothing to give me to reach out to their leadership. So, I had nowhere else to leave feedback.||PS. The front desk agent did not even check my ID or credit card when issuing keys and checking in, which is a huge safety concern for me. Please do better.
