Honestly great place to stay! My room was super nice and offered a view of the 24/7 sky train that operates for the airport so that was a nice thing to watch at night. For the price, I was shocked at how nice the bathrooms were I feel like they could easily charge in the $200s for the rooms.

Anyway, the amenities are great and they serve food in the hotel. Bar and pool on site. Right next door to a dispensary. Sky train for airport access. I mean you really can’t ask for much more. Thank you for a great stay!

Pros-The bed was comfortable and there was a small refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. Also it does come with some shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower which was nice.
Cons-The phone does not work in the room to call the front desk. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk to ask about ice. I then find out that you have to get ice from downstairs in a freezer. They do not have ice makers on each floor so you have to get completely dressed to go down to get some ice. And I said with a pro that they do have a coffee maker, however, there are no coffee cups. There are no liners in any of the trash cans in the room. Also, there is a $15 parking fee. This is not a Las Vegas resort this is a hotel and you should not have to pay for parking if you're paying to stay. I understand it is close to the airport and some people on the flights may take advantage of free parking, but the hotel guest should not have to pay for parking the night they are staying at the hotel.
The kid running the front desk was sitting with his friends when I went to the lobby to get ice. I will never come back here again.

I really enjoyed my stay. Room was clean. Service was prompt. The entire hotel was clean and had a colorful fun vibe to it. If you're sensitive to noise you may want to bring plugs or have some soft sound playing in your room, (you can hear loud other guests in the hallway and the tram going by), but otherwise had a lovely time.

I'm a Titanium Elite with Marriott. Arrived early and was able to get a room. Since it was $15 to park my rental car I took the car back to the rental lot. The front desk person who checked me in said to just call and the shuttle would pick us up. When I got to the rental lot, there was a shift change and Keith to me that he wouldn't send a shuttle pick up and I had to take the tram to a airport terminal pickup. No apologies for not being able to accommodate the earlier instructions.

Unfortunately, this is the type of customer service we experience today.

This Aloft property does not meet Marriott standards. It more resembled an old high-rise motel with modern carpet and Aloft logos slapped on each floor. Windows are so poor that four floors up, it feels like the sirens and airplanes are in the room with you. There are dummy AC controls on the wall that aren't actually connected to any heating or cooling. If you want to drown out the motorcycles and planes, you're forced to blast cold or hot air from the motel-style HVAC units installed by the window.

We reserved a room for three people, and paid extra for two queen beds. We arrived and were told they gave away our room, and the only room left was a single bed. No accommodations were offered, but they made many excuses about rewards members requesting two beds (i.e. lowly non-elite customers can expect to have their rooms given away). We were told no roll-away beds or sofas were available, so we were provided with an extra blanket so one of us could sleep on the floor.

Will not return.

Great hotel for a quick stop near airport. Lobby is nice with pool and lounge area, well lit and lively. Rooms and clean and modern. Drybar toiletries!

Also free shuttle service to airport that was easy to schedule and prompt. Maria our shuttle driver was nice and friendly and we had a very pleasant trip to the airport- thanks Maria!

Average hotel. Noisy. Get a room facing the back for a quieter experience. Great location for catching the sky train to the airport. Its about a .25 mile walk from the front entrance to the train platform. Lots of security is present. 25 minutes from my room through security (TSA Pre-check)!

Comfy beds- weird decor. The bed frame on our bed was so old-loud-creaky! Every time you'd move or turn over, the squeaking would wake everyone in the room! The kids complained that the bathroom door didn't lock- trendy sliding barn door style- and that there was a frosted glass pane from the shower into the room. Also no shelves in the shower for personal items like shavers. Got the room for the airport access and shuttle, but daughter had a 4am airport arrival/6am flightl. Shuttle is only 6am to 10pm. Bummer. But only 5 minutes and 1.9 miles to the airport. That was nice. Tons of waymos. Funny watching them navigate around each other. Parking was 15 dollars!! Normally, you are paying for the safety of a worker keeping an eye on the lot, but this was all done electronically via 3rd party vendor. No people around. Ridiculous. You couldn't even pay the worker inside. Had to be done via QR code. Eye roll. That would be enough to keep me from coming back. People were in and out all night (surely because of the airport location), and I don't know why (thin walls? Thin doors?) But we heard every. Single. One. The best part was the black out shades! Yes!! Love these! Pillows were nice, too, though I travel with my own as they are so hit or miss. My favorite feature in rooms with a family (after comfy beds, of course) is the sink OUTSIDE the toilet/shower room. This also had lots of shelves and the interesting closet where the rod comes out at you to save space- verses running horizontally like a traditional closet. Funky, but investing space- saver. Complimentary coffee (but only hazelnut creamer-blech!) and tea, but NO ICE MAKERS in the hotel. This is a weird new trend. Ice is essential in Phoenix. Thankfully, the receptionist doesn't mind getting it for you from their secret stash in the back, but....really? Breakfast is available at a fee ($6 for a breakfast sandwich). We aren't big breakfast eaters, but that could be a deal breaker for some.
