The general manager 5 stars. The engineer 1star, he was dismissive and only interested in going through the motions and moving on. Reception 4 stars. Amenities 5 stars.

The air conditioner and thermostat didn't work properly. Reception and GM were all attentive and concerned.

The engineer, dismissive and unconcerned with answering a question or making the problem right. He took the thermostat off the wall leaving a hole when he said it just needed a battery. And never addressed why the phone wasn't working. Happy that no insects crawled through the hole, the next night the thermostat was returned with a battery but not working. The main air-conditioning unit wasn't working properly either even though I explained that to him. 63 degrees should not feel like 75 degrees, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT!

Needles to say sleep was horrible for 4 nights. The GM offered for us to switch rooms, but because of our schedule we couldn't. The GM gave us points, he was a great guy!

Great potential as long as the engineer doesn't stand in the way.

Crystal at the front desk was super sweet and great at check-in. She was very friendly and prompt. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. I also enjoyed the market selection and breakfast options. I wish they had a free breakfast, but you can't have it all.

very charming, upscale, modern hotel with beyond superior excellent customer service from the manager, the AGM and the entire front desk staff I had quite a wonderful stay there during our attendance for the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame ceremonies. The rooms are very clean. The hallways are bright and modern. They have a 24 hour market and right next-door adjacent to the property within 20 feet is an amazing Italian fusion constant restaurant quite a bonus. The area is very upscale so less than a mile away, all the top restaurants and outdoor mall look forward to stopping at this location again. Thanks to Andrew and the whole staff.

Worst hotel ever! Avoid! General manager Jason completely unaccomodating. Cancelled room 2 weeks in advance giving Jason plenty of time to re-book room. Refused to credit my card. Even called and discussed situation. He need a job that is not hospitality.

Very small rooms, 1 small sink, dusty ( as you can see in the phone & outlet picture), very mini fridge, beds are okay. Nice staff thus far. Close to many food options. Hotel is okay for the price we paid (Cleveland Clinic rate). Free coffee is always a plus.

I have a severe mold allergy and spent more than an hour calling around to various hotels trying to find a safe place to stay. When I called here, they assured me they did not have mold and that it was a new hotel. However, they do indeed have mold. Although it was not visible, the bulging in the ceiling indicates there is a moisture issue. I started feeling it two hours in, and though they were very accommodating in letting me change rooms, I was unable to sleep because the mold issue is so prevalent throughout. It's a nice hotel, but if you have a serious mold allergy like I do, this is not the place for you. I checked out early.

I didn’t call when I smelled cigarette smoke in my room while watching TV. I was charged $250 Smoking Damages even though I’m a non-smoker and asthmatic. No knock on the door to verify while I was there. Simply a revised bill the day after. Calling Andrew the manager did no good since the supervisor “smelled cigarette smoke in my room”. Won’t stay in this non-smoking hotel again!

The rooms were setup nice. Very clean. Loved the sliding door for the bathroom to save space. All the mirrors were a nice touch as well. The bed is very comfy. The room was pretty spacious. The hotel is located in such a nice area. There's so much to do around the neighborhood. A lot of food options, bar/drink options. The hospital is also very close in case of an emergency. The neighborhood seems like it's newer and thriving. I felt very safe being out and about.
