The garbage truck stopped here, and that is the food they are serving. I ordered a steak with pancakes. Steak is not a steak it's a country fried steak and tastes like rubber deep fried. Save your money and go somewhere else. McDonald's has better food. The lady at the register was rude.

Me and a friend ate in there today. We ordered the same thing. This was our last visit .
We ordered a hotdog, fries and a drink.
The hotdogs used to be so good. I have been craving one. We got our hotdogs and they were exactly like we can make at home. Plus for 2 hotdog meals was $20. I know it's a barbecue diner but, it was strange getting barbecue sauce on a hotdog. We have been there twice in the last couple of months, the food has definitely gone down.
I was raised in Sylvan Springs. I have eaten in this diner now times than I can count. It's fine in this economy that everything has gone up, but the food has gone down in taste.
I can't eat there anymore.
It's crazy at the difference in the changes from different owners.

Great food, great staff! Very friendly even though I came in toward closing, they were still happy to get me a great meal, fresh and fast!

This place used to have great food. I know the economy is bad but the prices are ridiculous now. We didn't get all of our food, it was a call in by the way. When I called to let them know we didn't have everything they weren't very nice. I'm not saying the food is bad, it was decent just not what it used to be.

Get a BBQ deluxe (pulled pork and slaw) sandwich with fries! You won't be disappointed!

BBQ sandwiches were really good. Next time I’ll know to ask for extra pickles, since they each only had 1. They were still very tasty, however. My husband was disappointed with the “jumbo” swiss burger. It used to be his favorite but he swears it’s smaller now. (It very well may be the same size it’s always been, as he does tend to be dramatic, but he’s mine and I love him.) I also ordered a BLT (delicious!) and an order of both types of fries and they were great. The BLT had plenty of B, could have used more L, and ample T. (Mayo was on point but it isn’t called a BLTM, so….) Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely start eating there more often, again. The staff was wonderful, and the prices aren’t bad, either.
