My first time eating here today and I had a good meal here I will definitely be coming back to eat some more of their delicious food soon !! Nice employees, clean restaurants, fast service. And they serve breakfast all day long !! A large menu to choose from. They have a nice salsa bar with many different kinds to choose from!! They have a drive-through if you don't want to go inside. They have TV to watch inside.

Authentic...Amazing Food... Brought back memories of my grandma...Service was great! Never got the young lady's name that took our order, but she was very welcoming and very sweet! Her husband was cooking our meal, well done my friends...God Bless💐💗👑

I'm not sure why there are bad reviews about this location. But, we were craving good nachos and horchata. We wanted to check it out based on some of the bad reviews, you never know. But, we don't always believe bad reviews, so we went inside to check it out. One person had mentioned it wasn't clean. Well, it was immaculate when we went inside. It smelled clean so cleaning products were definitely involved. Someone else said they are quite pricey. not by today's standards. We both ate there for under $20 (Super Nachos and a large horchata). They give you a lot of food, so, we could easily split both without issue. It beats tossing leftovers, right? And next, the food quality. I am SO picky about my carne asada (we are Arizonans, we know good carne asada). But, this was nice, juicy, tender and cooked to perfection. There was plenty of parking, plenty of seating. Everything was so nice. And, we had our food in less than 5 minutes. It was delicious. And as far as "bedside manner" is concerned (someone mentioned this), I'm not going in there to make best friends with the staff, I am in there to get amazing food and good service. And, that's what happened. We were totally happy and satisfied. Don't believe everything you read on Google reviews, sometimes people just pick apart everything no matter what. We will definitely go back.

I love the locations in pinetop and wagon wheel. This one on the other hand I would avoid. Took more than 20 min to get a bean burrito and an order of Tacos. They didn't Give the sauce we ordered or the the extra cream cheese side we paid for. The beans were less than warm too. Bad experience over all. Would give one star but the tacos were "ok" bur for the price pushing it, my bad for ordering them I guess....

Sopes are good and the birria tacos, some of the food at this location is not so good when compared to other Alibertos locations such as the Pinetop location. they also charged me extra for unknown items and a "Service fee" of almost $6.. I assume it's for going thru the drive thru or using my card but I spent over $40 on the meals alone. Then they only gave me the merchant receipt and I tipped not knowing yet I was missed charged with a mystery charge and service fee. I had to ask them for my itemized receipt.

I was initially concerned that the prices were high (carnitas burro for $11.77), but the burrito was packed full of carnitas and was quite tasty so it evened out. I talked to the girl behind the counter and she said everything was made from scratch including their refried beans. I'll be back again to check out other menu items. Atmosphere is just typical Fast food style dining area.

The girls at the window ARE ALWAYS rude. It gets old. If you're that bent out of shape about being at work , you shouldn't be in customer service. And the food 🤦‍♀️
This place has really gone downhill since open. I will probably never go back again. The food gets worse and worse everytime.
The salsa is more watery everytime. There's no flavor. It's like they literally portion it out half water half salsa. And looking at the menu, they introduced new tacos. Burria tacos. For 3 tacos they want $14.00👀

Been here too many times and had bad experiences. Got a $12 breakfast burrito. With burnt bacon, burnt steak and old fries for potatoes. Idk. I told myself last time I went id never come back. Now i for sure never will
