I came here with my family a couple of weekends ago and we all loved our food. The portions were a really good size and the food was delicious. I order the chilaquiles with mole sauce which you don’t see too often at restaurants and I really enjoyed it. I also loved the cafe de olla. You rarely see that on menus here in PHX and it was delicious. I’m really glad they replaced the previous Mexican restaurant and I look forward to trying them again for lunch or dinner. P.S.. It’s a smaller restaurant and they get busy. We got there 15ish mins before they opened and a lined was formed when the doors opened. If you go, be prepared to wait. Our server was very friendly and very attentive, especially considering the place was packed.

Mauricio was a great server! Him and the staff kept the Cafe de Olla cafe coming and it was soo delicious!
Los Chilaquiles Divorciados - Oaxaca style was the best! It was such a great experience and the food was so yummy!

We arrived at 8am and it was perfect timing.

The atmosphere is great. With the decor, the staff and the layout it feels very tight knit and family friendly and very welcoming. Also extra points for the fact that there was plenty of staff to accommodate the crowd.

We were quoted about 20-30 minutes to be seated, I did not check the time but that feels pretty accurate. We then waited another 50 minutes for our food. That's honestly the main reason for 3 stars. Looking at over an hour wait for food that was ok, but not something that I would consider memorable.

The long wait might have been for technical reasons, like maybe something was broken in the kitchen, or there were less chefs then usual, but if so I wish that would have been communicated so that we could be prepared for the extra wait beyond getting seated.

Great food! The Cheesy Huevos Rancheros with chorizo was excellent! My wife had the Traditional and she loved it! They were busy and we had to wait a little for our food but defiantly with the wait. Friendly waitress as well.

I never realized this place was here because it's in the corner, and we never noticed it driving down Camelback Road. This is a great place for having brunch. We came on a Sunday, so there was a bit of a wait. Once we were seated, the service was great. They have a variety of entrees to choose from, which means we will have to come back again to try more. If they are busy, be patient, the food was excellent!

So I went during breakfast hour and it was slightly busy, a few empty tables. The food was mid, I think some comments over hype it. I ordered the Alebrijes chilaquiles with mole sauce and carne asada (you pay extra for the asada) and they were overly sweet, had four little pieces of meat. I’ve had better chilaquiles elsewhere. The food took 40 mins to arrive. The atmosphere was really nice though, clean, good music and decor. Their cafe de olla is bomb tho.

I had chilaquiles, half red and half green, and a mocha. The chilaquiles are one of the best I have had in a long time in Arizona. The sauces had just the right kick, not super hot, not super mild. Every bite was crunchy and savory, I enjoyed it very much. My husband had the Poblano Scramble with chorizo and a coffee. He also enjoyed his meal as well. The atmosphere was welcoming, decorative, clean, and all so cute! The tables had little vase with fresh yellow daisies which I thought was a very nice touch. Our server came to our table often to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. To me that is important to me because I often don't think of something I want or need until after the fact 🤦🏽‍♀️. Old people problems 🤷🏻‍♀️. Absolutely recommend this place.
