I stopped by AJ's Kitchen during a road trip to Beavers Bend, OK, craving some hot soup. I had the pho and pork chop for lunch, and both were fantastic! The soup was delicious—perfectly flavorful without being too oily. The pork chop had a great Korean BBQ flavor and was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

I have lived in this area my entire life and just now tried out AJs.

I had the Pho and the Mongolian beef. Both spicy of course.

The food was amazing. Well seasoned and extremely fresh. The lady running the kitchen was helpful and helped me create my Pho since I've never had it before.

They have every sauce you need at the table. Hosin, soy, Sriracha, even chili oil.

The instruments on the wall were a nice touch. The inside is fairly plain but it's quaint and nice.

I’ve eaten here for years. It is always good, no matter what you order.. Lucky to have a certified chef in our county. The pho is to die for, as well as other Asian cuisine. They are so friendly & professional.

This place is a total diamond in the rough. Do not pass it up. I drive 45 minutes just to eat here every week or so. They have a very eclectic selection of food, from Asian staples like fried rice and pho, Italian pastas, to traditional American fare like burgers and steaks. There’s most certainly something for everyone.

Me and my husband went in and the moment we sit down they're practically rushing us to hurry up and order coming every minute asking "are you ready to order yet?" My salad had small bugs in it, and I waited 10 minutes for a refill on my glass. There was only 2 other customers in the restaurant and the waitress sat to the side watching everyone, so it wasn't that hard to see, but hey she might have been preoccupied waiting for the regulars' orders to come out to be worried about a new customer. When taking our orders, the other waitress asked my husband his, he told her, then she tries to grab both our menus and walk off without even asking me what my order was. I had high hopes for AJ's, but I was just not impressed one bit.
