We like this hotel. It is clean, cozy and reasonably priced. I just wished the front desk was little more knowledgeable about their rooms. We asked for connecting rooms and the front desk didn't know which rooms are connecting. We had to change keys 3 times and still didn't get connecting rooms. Which is fine but I would assume hotel FD should know their room layout better. Otherwise, all good, we will be back and I recommend this hotel.

We checked in the first night and the room had a bad smell. Come to find out there was dog poop stain and throw up on the carpet. They were accommodating and moved us. This room smelled better but the bathroom had other people’s hair in the shower and floor. I wouldn’t stay here again

Ease to check in. Practical gym with couple benches and wights. Drive way is right next to the gas station can be odd the first time finding the place, Not and issue after you know where the driveway is. Parking is simple. Clean rooms. The Jacuzzi is a good size and very hot. Coffee bar is good for a hotel.

Excellent value without seeming like a “value” option. Although this was not a business trip, I would definitely recommend Aiden for business travelers. I’ve never seen so many USBs in one room! Nice reading chair with lamp and ottoman, adequate desk area, tasteful decor. They also have a little bar in the lobby and a breakfast cafe (extra charge but real food). I will definitely stay there again and look forward to trying some other Aiden locations.

Clean and nice room with good service. There is no bath tub which I don't need. The shower is anti slippery. The location is great with many restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance.

Parking was full couldn't find a spot and had to park in back a good ways away.
The bathroom is narrow and small. The bathroom shower items are extremely low and couldn't get conditioner out and couldn't take 2 showers with the soap. TV wasn't connected and the front desk had to come connect the Direct TV. Wifi was weak my personal devices glitches on the signal. The TV glitches every 5 minutes from the signal. Couldn't set the temperature above 72, settings default back to 72 in 3 seconds. For over $100 this is unacceptable. Last but not least the beds squeaked with movement😳

Awesome bed. Trendy decor! Great smiling front desk service 🙂 |Only 30 mins from Sedona! I highly recommend this cute spot! My family and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and had a really fantastic time without complaint! Kid friendly. Planning to come back with my girlfriends!!

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included. The room was ok though. Tiny bathroom. Because the floors are not carpeted, I could hear the guest upstairs walking. That was annoying also. The bathroom sink faucet was squirting water towards the back at the window. We put a towel up.
