This place is a gem!! Beautiful villas and a well-maintained property with real charm. All the staff were very professional and attentive. We stayed for 3 nights and breakfast was delicious, coffee was also good, and they serve fresh baked cookies daily, so yummy! We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this establishment. I was looking for a memorable place to stay for our anniversary weekend in Sedona, I selected Adobe Grand Villas based on both the stellar reviews (on multiple sites) and their excellent website. Our stay was perfect in every way. From the variety of villas here, we selected the White Dove. This unit came exactly as advertised on the very descriptive website and easily exceeded our needs. We especially liked the cloudlike bed, the two fireplaces and the huge bathroom. Beyond the great villa is a list of other amenities, seemingly a mile long. Daily chef-made breakfast, fresh bread, cookies, snacks, 24/7 lobby access to coffee/tea/soft drinks, heated pool and spa - just to name a few. Last but not least is the staff, which we found to be uber competent and friendly. Communication starts before check-in and carries through daily, guarantying a smooth stay. Isabel checked us in and got us settled, she also provided area recommendations for dining and activities. She was able to snag us a hard to get dinner reservation at Dahl and Deluca, a popular area eatery. This is a full service mini-resort with great villas and an amazing staff, it easily lives up to the fantastic ratings received. Our anniversary stay was indeed memorable and we highly recommend Adobe Grand Villas!!

Fabulous! Everything about the Adobe Grand Villas was fabulous! The innkeepers, chef and Everyone involved made sure it was an exceptional experience at the inn and in Sedona. I have never experienced such a warm greeting from Innkeepers. The hospitality was over the top. Each unique room made it a special vacation for us; we will always remember this place. And the homemade bread and cookies daily …delicious and appreciated!

Adobe Grand Villas were fantastic from every aspect. The Innkeepers and staff were all lovely and willing to make every effort to accommodate you any way possible (they did laundry for us after a long week of hiking!!). The lobby open 24/7 always had coffee, drinks, and fresh cookies for you.

The grounds were manicured and inviting, with several small waterfalls that created an ambiance of oasis.

The rooms were uniquely decorated, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Small details like snacks, drinks, and fresh bread provided in your room were truly a cherry on top. And the breakfasts provided - WOW. Chef Kim knows what she is doing back there and each of our four breakfasts were delicious, albeit modestly presented. All different from the last.

Truly exceeded all expectations, would recommend to anyone a stay at this wonderful bed and breakfast.

This was our third time staying at Adobe Grand Villas - this year we stayed in the Twin Kyody villa. We love the uniqueness of the property and the different villas. We love the special touches of fresh baked cookies and bread, as well as snacks and beverages. The breakfast is different and delicious each morning. We had a view of the red rocks from our balcony, and more scenic views are right around the corner. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. We plan to return and stay in a different villa each year!

Visions, our chosen suite is our favorite, though our other rooms we have stayed in are equally wonderful. The staff is service oriented, welcoming and always available to meet your needs. Our room had a kitchenette stocked with noshes, sodas and fresh baked loaf of bread with butter, jam, peanut butter in the fridge. There was a working fireplace in the living and bedroom areas and a working fireplace in the bath across from the jacuzzi tub for two. Ambiance and serenity, couldn’t ask for a more lovely stay. Breakfasts were excellent; their chef is gifted in presentation, creating dishes that please any palate and portions are generous. I would encourage anyone coming to Sedona to choose this establishment for a decadent, delighful stay.

Believe the hype! This place is top notch. The property and rooms are simply incredible. No expense was spared when it comes to decorating the room. We stayed in "Country Garden" and it was spectacular. The finest details were done in professional work and decoration. The mattress was super comfortable. The view of the Red Rocks from the private outdoor balcony/porch were amazing. The breakfast each day was a special treat that was truly made with love. Each day was different and tasted absolutely incredible. Daniel who took care of us each morning is the best! The chef makes different cookies each day and even asked us what we like and then made a batch of peanut butter cookies that evening. The bread in the room is a nice treat even if you have it just for the smells. The pool and hot tub/spa were spectacular as well. This place deserves the top reviews it gets and we can't wait to go back again. A++++
