What a gorgeous place to stay. Very beautiful views - try and get a sky room view because they are absolutely stunning! We stayed in the sunrise view room and you can see 4 peaks and the entire mountain range with the tasteful landscape of the Fountain Hills community.

The staff were delightful and very nice. I wish ice was easy to get but the trade off is filled water and chilies sparkling water 💧 How nice is that? What a refreshing idea!

Beautiful pool with fire tables near by. We didn’t swim as we got in late and it still a bit cool but it is very nice looking. There are pickle ball courts next to the pool area and walking paths.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and unique. I would recommend staying here and relaxing with your special someone.

We came to Adero for a quick weekend trip away. ||PROS:|Overall, the hotel is very nice. The property was clean and spacious, with lots of opportunities for activities, such as hiking tails, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, and cornhole. Our room was nice and clean, and even though we had a parking lot view, we still had a great view of the surrounding mountains. |The pools are set against a beautiful landscape and very tranquil with built-in waterfalls. |The front desk staff was helpful, including Sumaiya who printed something for me. The engineering team, specifically Jason, was super helpful as well when they immediately showed up after my calls to the front desk wouldn’t go through.||CONS:|The biggest issue with our stay was the poolside service. It was incredibly slow (about once per hour if we were lucky) and the staff working there forgot to bring something we had asked for more than once. If you’re coming here for a relaxing trip to spend most of your time at the pool, it may not be the place for you. Additionally, because of the way the hotel is designed, while we were there, the main pool was completely shaded by about 2:00pm each day. So, if you wanted sunshine past that time, your only option was the lower smaller pool, where there were no open seats. Again, something to consider if you want to spend most of your time by the pool.

If I remember it was our 4th visit to Adero. I'm Ambassador Elite and was treated like elite... First of all, we got upgrade to the best room in my opinion - 602 Junior Suite with a great view and balcony. Later in the evening we have received a free bottle of wine and sweets from the Management and had a very yummy dinner in Cielo restaurant.|Next day breakfast was also very good and what they changed from my last visit, you can apply $17 for elite free continental breakfast and upgrade for a few more $$ to full breakfast. |Special Thanks to Sumaiya for taking care of me during check out. There's absolutely no excuse for the horrible service at this resort. I've come here three times and it is equally awful every time. I just got my chicken salad at the pool (after not seeing the waitress for the prior two hours, then waiting an hour for it to arrive after ordering), and they had charged me an extra $8 for chicken ON A CHICKEN SALAD. And she didn't bring utensils. I had to go get my own while she fixed the check so I could eat. ||Cielo service is equally bad. They charge upscale prices with fast food service vibes. ||The hotel itself other than that is fantastic. We absolutely love it. Just wish the service wasn't so bad. I'm leaving one star specifically so the management will see it and know that everyone at the pool is talking about how bad the service is, and we'd all appreciate some efforts to fix it. TIA!!

This is a beautiful property and the staff are helpful and welcoming. The location of this property is in a "Dark Sky" Community. The stars in the sky are seen with great clarity, There are telescopes set up for you to enjoy which makes this a unique viewing experience. We dined at Cielo and enjoyed the amazing views. We enjoyed our food. Nicely plated, and great flavor. I suggest you make dining reservations in advance, as it gets full quickly. The staff was pleasant and worked very hard in making this a great dining experience. They were somewhat under staffed when we were there, but they did a great job working together.

Last summer, my boyfriend and I, stayed here for a mini-vacay. We had a wonderful time. The views are spectacular. They also had multiple pools to enjoy and even a tennis court. My boyfriend and I both play so we had fun hitting the ball around. The food was great, the rooms were spacious, and the hotel is beautiful.

The Marriott Adero is truly a combination of a hidden (actually) gem and a total escape. Just getting to the property you feel like you are in a different city, but you are still so close. Perched high on the hill, the views are incredible from all sides of the resort. We stayed two nights for a staycation and chose to not leave the property. The dining at CIELO was very good. I highly recommend the house made salsa as well as the crispy chicken salad from the lunch menu. All in all, everything we ordered during our stay was very good, with some being excellent. We booked a couples massage at the spa and the facilities are very fresh, clean, and relaxing. The staff are all very welcoming and pleasant to interact with. The only concern I had was the market on the spa/fitness level appeared to be closed each of the four times we visited it when we just wanted a “grab and go” snack instead of a full meal at the restaurant. All in all a wonderful stay and we will definitely be returning.

Very clean! Staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The Cielo had great food! I had a chicken dish and eggs benedict. The rooms were really clean, comfortable, and I even had a special fruit plate waiting for me with a few things I’ve never seen before. I will be back for sure!
