Great place to have breakfast while you are in town. We came back here twice to have our breakfast for both days of our stay. Plenty of options available for everyone with large menu sections. Their Garden burger, veggie skillet, pancakes, Biscuits and gravy were quite tasty. We also ordered some sweet potato fries and three ranch eggs meal. We enjoyed the ambiance, friendly staff and the atmosphere. There’s plenty of parking space available.

Stopped here while we were passing through town and it was fantastic! Loved the food choices we got and we were so happy they could squeeze us in right before they closed! After a long day of traveling this was a great place to stop! There are a bunch of menu items to pick from so it makes it easy to please everyone!

I recommend going there over any restaurants in Humboldt. The food is great. I come in the morning, lunch, dinner. The food and service are always great no matter the time. The waitresses are wonderful. Obie, the owner, is a good man. The respect he has for his staff comes through in the customer's service, atmosphere , and food. The same family has owned it for years. I've been going there since it was called "Mrs. G." My principal at Trinity Valley Elementary School in Willow Creek owned it in the 80s. It's even better now. The atmosphere is wonderful. It's very clean. The food is great. The staff, from bus boys to cooks via waitresses, are top-notch. When in Humboldt. It's easy. I have gone to many local restaurants. Choose Adele's.

This place was packed and it's a pretty big place. Went during the week around 1pm. Server was friendly and refilled coffee often. Ordered the jalapeno popper cheese burger I just had to try it since I love poppers and liquid cheese! It was tasty and a little messy, you get maybe 3 or 4 popper on it. Only thing I wish the grilled onions were cooked a bit more. The sides of fruit are huge, fresh and a nice variety. Large menu so I'll be back to try something else.

I came to this restaurant on several occasions and I always try to order different things.
This time I tried their special beef steak and eggs with home fries and my husband got a BLT sandwich with fries.
Meat was well cooked and tender and potatoes crispy. Satisfied with my order (:
My husband didn’t like the bread, as it seemed to be old. The rest he liked. We had a good time.

The ladies are always kind and efficient. The environment is family friendly and clean.
I like it here because I can bring my baby, feed him with his food and I get to enjoy a nice meal.

Been here twice now and both exceeded expectations. The hot corned beef sandwich was simple but excellent, and we loved the chicken citrus salad. Very generous portions. Also very very good vegetable soup and super decent French dip. The chocolate cake and apple pie were excellent. We’re going back for more on our way out of town. Also very friendly service (both were phone orders) and ready quickly.

The food was very good for sure. The issue is what occurred leading up to the food. Single diner, so sitting at the counter is the norm so not to occupy a table or booth intended for 2-6 people. Lady up front said 'sure, find a seat anywhere.' With menu in hand, she was distracted by conversation with a wait staff member. Five minutes of some obviously depth enriched conversation, since a menu was still not presented until (could not catch her name which is too bad because she was the busy savior of this dining experience) noticed the neglect. After browsing, made a choice, and placed the menu aside......15 minutes had passed....as I reached for my wallet to place three dollars for coffee and move on, the same lady came around and apologized for no one taking my order. She promptly placed the order and kept the coffee coming, removing trash and empty plates from the area. Unfortunately, her shift was coming to an end, but reassured me that the active staff would continue servicing me. Nope....no more coffee, dirty plates stacked, and waited for my tab for way too long. After paying the $32 tab (yes...$32), I only hope that the woman whose shift came to a close received the tip. I will flip a $32 coin to decide if this joint deserves a second chance. Let the universe decide.

Came here with my family one afternoon we traveled from out of town, we had been here once before years ago and it was great. The place looked old and run down, it felt stuffy as if there was no ventilation (I also overheard staff complaining among each other about it and opening doors for relief) and the area we were seated was small and overcrowded. We placed our orders and waited a long while for our food although we did get an appetizer as well (sampler platter, same one we ordered years ago with a HUGE decline in quality). We finally got our food and the waitress asked if I wanted a side that was supposed to come with the sandwich..I said yes, she says "I'll be right back with that"..and never returned. The fries on all the meals were undercooked, food was very bland, and my supposed to be but already not so hot sandwich got very cold to the point the cheese rehardened. My fiance ate his full meal and had to make eyes at a passing manager after waiting about 15 minutes after finishing his food for even that. The manager must have told the waitress to acknowledge the table because about 30 seconds later she prances up and asks how things are, I told her my food was cold and she forgot the side. She says "oh you wanted that? And offers to microwave my food. I said no thank you I'd like to send it back. No apology was ever given for the mistake nor did she seem apologetic in any way. I asked for my meal to be removed from the bill and I guess they need manager approval to do that and I overheard her in the back saying "she changed her mind and doesn't want it now" lol like wow at least tell the truth that you forgot a simple item and you saying you'd be right back with it is why I decided to even wait to eat. Sadly, this place is not what it used to be, I wouldn't recommend trying it and we definitely will not be returning. Much better options in the surrounding area.
