Sometimes in travelling you get lucky and find places that will stay in your heart forever. This was such a place.|From the lovingly restored interior,the comfortable bed, the porches, it was a smorgasbord for the eyes.|The host couple make the stay, from home made cookies (no I couldn't have anymore to okay then). The home cooked sumptuous breakfast was a delight enhanced by their presence and company. Could have chatted all day. Very sorry to leave and even Sorrier that we had not booked longer.

I don't even know where to begin. This B&B was perhaps the most amazing place I have ever stayed at in my life. The rooms are immaculate and are every bit as they are shown and described on the website. I loved all of the trees that shaded most of the house to cool it down as well. Didn't miss having a TV one single second! Woke up the next morning and Larry had already made a huge breakfast that included fruit, OJ, coffee, etc. I will definitely be back time and time again! Thanks Larry and Doris for such a remarkable visit!

One of the best bed-and-breakfast we have stayed at. Larry and Doris are delightful. The house was charming and spacious. The bed super comfortable with feather pillows. Breakfast was truly amazing! A sweet bread, fruit, biscuits and gravy, eggs and bacon and sausage. we cannot wait to go back.

Lovely little BnB. Very sweet older couple running the place. 1891 house with cozy rooms. Spent a very comfortable night and enjoyed a delicious family style breakfast with the hosts and another couple that was staying in another room. May be slightly less practical for those with mobility issues. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I told the owners, Doris and Larry, that I can't believe they don't charge more for this remarkable place. From the moment we arrived, we were floored with every detail. There were fresh home made cookies waiting for us. [ and they were AMAZING ] The entire house is absolutely stunning, beautifully restored, and top of the line. The outside areas/garden are gorgeous. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. Larry recommended some fantastic local dining for dinner on our first night; I went with his exact suggestion to down to the order. And I was glad I did! I truly felt as if all of my needs were gently met with a personal touch. Every time I turned around, the dining table was set with a beautiful new cloth and arrangement. ||The bedding was comfortable, I slept like a baby, but that seems like a small detail compared to the overall experience. If that's all you care about- you'll sleep comfortably. ||Breakfast was phenomenal. We ate a wonderful home cooked meal with real silver and 5 star service, but it felt like getting spoiled by my grandparents again. I truly adored these people. It was plain to see the lovely owners have a genuine passion for hospitality. That passion really makes a significant difference. ||Really I can't rave about the experience enough. If you're passing through Adairsville, skip on a hotel and treat yourself to Adair Manor. You won't regret it.

This is my first time doing a review for something like this but this place earned it.

My honest review of the manor, first of all the couple that runs the place are absolutely lovely people.

They made me cookies (which were really good) and breakfast (they made a big breakfast burrito to go with fruits and orange juice and some coffee cause i had to hit the road early. Pretty sure they woke up super early just to make me breakfast which really stuck out to me.)

The food was amazing and honestly helped me out with my drive compared to if i went and got mcdonalds or something.

The aesthetics are vintage (1800s victorian era) which i personally love and thought was pretty cool (I thought i would be spooked but suprisingly not.. house felt comfy)

Also the biggest thing for me. The location, if you are looking for a quiet, safe place to rest after driving all day then this is the place you are looking for. (There is a police station close by and the area is nice. So dont worry about it being super loud or hectic at night. (Ive stayed in some really bad hotels. So this was a breathe of fresh air for me. I felt safe for once)

My bed was clean and smelled good. and honestly... comfier than my bed at home. (I REALLY didnt want to get out of that bed this morning.) I had my own bathroom as well. Kitchen is nice and more on the modern. They have a mini fridge with soda and water too if you get thirsty. I absolutely will be a repeat customer with them as they made me feel very safe unlike most hotels in the area.

Far as entertainment goes, no tv and no internet which honestly is totally fine with me. I was there to rest after a 10 hour drive, not to watch tv and my phone was enough for me to keep occupied till i fell asleep. Also they have a bunch of books if you enjoy reading. (Also a beautiful piano though i didnt want to disturb anyone so i left it alone)

Now literally the only con i have is that my room door didnt have a lock (the bathroom locks of course) but not the bed room itself, im a little paranoid about security but luckily the couple that was staying at the other side of the manor were a very nice older couple so i wasnt awfully worried. They will give you a key to enter the manor, so that way the manor is still secure.

All in all though, i give it a 9/10.

Only thing that made me a tiny bit nervous was not having a lock on my door. But aside from that, i definitely will be staying there again when i return home if a room is available.

Larry and Doris are just super sweet. It felt like visiting my grandparents.. warm and welcoming.

Also damn... that bed was comfy. I need to find out what pillows they have in there cause thats the first time i woke up without neck pain in awhile. Absolutely love the experience i had.

Close to the highway, we chose this as our over night stop on a long trip. The hosts were very welcoming and the home is a beautifully restored 1895 home. The room was huge and bathroom had a claw foot tub. It was beautiful. We we're greeted with warm home made chocolate chip cookies. The host was sensitive to my dietary needs for breakfast. We will definitely be going back there again.

This home is gorgeous and our hosts, Doris and Larry, were so welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a private screened porch and private bath. The rolling greens of the Jim Fazio designed golf course is close by at the Barnsley Resort. The town is quiet, lovely to walk. Our hosts prepared an overwhelming feast for breakfast, and we enjoyed their company. Would definitely stay at the Adair Manor again.
