AC Hotel Portland Beaverton - Beaverton, Oregon

Husband and I chose to stay here for an event in Portland during the weekend. We've stayed in Beaverton before and don't mind the short drive into town, and the location of this AC Hotel was excellent, being right next to the freeway.

When we checked in, Aries gave us a great welcome that went well above our expectations and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Our room was quiet and very comfortable. It usually takes me a long time to fall asleep, but I was under the covers and out in minutes. We didn't encounter noise issues, but it was a bit of a sleepy weekend, and we stayed far from the elevators. (Though, we did seem to have a neighbor, and we never heard them.) Every member of the staff we encountered was friendly and welcoming.

After we checked out, we checked our bags for the day without any hassle at all. The large number of EV charging ports in the parking lot was also a huge benefit-- for a small cost we were able to top up our PHEV right outside the hotel. (Not to mention, the free parking in general... is great!)

Overall a clean, modern place with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. We've put this hotel on our list of places to stay when we return!

Came for a family event. Hotel has modern vibe and is nicely taken care of. However there were two problems.
First, we asked for an accessible room with roll in shower and king bed. Checked in and found queen bed and bathtub. Huh? Called the front desk and found out they had none available. So... why not say so first? Next morning, we find out their normal rooms have king beds and walk in showers. Problem solved with Angel's help.

Second issue was breakfast. Cold buffet. Cold egg bites. Broken coffee machines. No staff. That cost $15 per person. If you wanted anything more it added 8 to 10 bucks more. But, remember, no staff!?

Not sure why this was so bad but we only tried the one time and experienced the other local offerings much more happily.

I stay at this hotel often for business however this time as exception as the service was next level. Titus in the bar is always a pleasure to speak with and makes a mean espresso martini. I had a few questions during the evening and the front desk gentlemen named Aries dropped what he was doing to lend me a hand. Would definitely recommend staying here

Aries at the front desk helped me out tremendously; I came with my little brother to the Hotel and found out I had reserved our room at the down town Portland AC Marriott. Aries made multiple calls and had the Down Town Portland AC Marriott cancel my reservation with no penalty or points taken from me! I was amazed he was able to do that. My purpose for being there was because my little brother has Down Syndrome and was there for the Special Olympics Soccer games! I applaud Aries for doing that and for his great customer service and decency, also the fact that he had it taken care of in minutes!! GREAT EMPLOYEES!!!

Titus is one of the best bartenders! Not only does he make incredible drinks, but his energy and personality make the entire experience unforgettable. He has a knack for reading the room and always knows how to keep the vibe just right. Can’t wait to come back and see him in action again!

I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. Titus the bar manager is amazing and truly has the best customer service. He knows how to make your experience the best. The hotel is beautiful but whoever designed the lighting in the bar social area needs to lower the lifting levels. Way too bright for a lounge area. I suggest changing this asap!!

Online reservation was simple.
Check-in was simple and the person was courteous.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
Parking is plentiful and well lighted.

AC Hotel is the go to spot for work travels. Great rooms, breakfast, and staff. Bartenders Titus and Megatron make for the best hotel bar unwind atmosphere anyone can ask for. Two thumbs up.
