I didn't stay here but utilized the convention space and meeting rooms. The breakfast and lunch options were delicious, and the staff were right there for all of our needs. The hotel is beautiful with a patio near the pool that is seperate from the pool deck itself. It's a great area for breakout sessions and open discussions without being distracted by the pool side activities.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Every single person was the epitome of hospitality. The hotel looked brand new still! I interacted with some wonderful employees by the names of Merissa, Maria, Cedric, Ricky, Crystal, Shannon, Iliana, James and Albert. I even spoke with a great associate who came from the back named Mimi! The housekeeping team must be making top dollar because my room was spotless! I cant wait to go back. ||I had a great toast in the AM for breakfast and it was fulfilling and tasty. The Nespresso offerings all around truly transported me to a coffee shop in Europe!

I truly loved my stay at this AC. I am glad l chose to stay in Biltmore instead of downtown. The room was clean and amazing. The staff was amazing, everyone l encountered was pleasant to work with. Super appreciate the late check out as well. I have stayed at different AC's in the past and this one was my favorite. Will definitely be staying here again.

We show up after our wedding and they said the “room was damaged” so we had to go to a very cheap hotel down the road instead. A person checking in before us at the new hotel said the same thing happened to her. In reality they overbooked the hotel and gave the room to the highest bidder. Super lame service, super lame staff, super lame hotel. Amex gave me my money back so thanks for wasting everyone’s time and for sending me driving everywhere after my wedding. Absolute losers lol

Great location with so many stores and restaurants nearby. Beautiful lobby. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, but the hallways were in some need of remodeling and brightening up. The vibe of the hotel is as much getting to your room as the room itself and the journey was not so great. The hallway carpet and wall paper was showing some significant wear and tear. No other complaints.

I just recently stayed here last weekend for three days and let me just say, it was nothing short of amazing!! Each guest service agent I encountered was excellent with great customer service!! The most helpful were Kayla and Malichi (I hope I spelled your name correctly). From the time I checked in, right until I checked out, above and beyond service with smiles lol. The room was excellent and super spacious, the bar area was lovely as well. There was an older gentleman in the evening and a younger lady in the morning time that were also exceptional. The lobby was beautiful as well. I will definitely choose you guys whenever I stay in Phoenix. Thank you for everything!!

This was such a nice hotel with the friendliest staff. Beautiful bar in the lobby, nice big pool and a fun little putting green in the lobby! Our Jr. Suite was very spacious and clean! The front desk staff was super helpful and greeted us each time we either left or came back!
