This was my first time staying at the AC property. I have stayed at many hotels and enjoyed my stay at the AC Hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant, especially Keleigh (Kelly). She went above and beyond to explain the amenities, things to do and see in Columbus.|My room was very clean with a microwave and small fridge. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel because it was expensive and was not appealing for my breakfast style.|There were many other options in walking distance from the hotel. |Note: Next door to the hotel is a good Mexican restaurant with tasty food.

The AC hotel was a great pick. The location of the hotel is perfect as you are in the center of everything and can walk to food, shopping, entertainment, and the river. It’s easy to park there if you have a car and the open concept lounge area is really nice. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean, modern, and simple but elegant. All the rooms have the wood floors on all the levels so you will hear people walking in their rooms above you. If you think that will be an issue request a room on the 6th floor. A nice touch they offer is a lavender cart where you can add lavender to little bags that you can place by your pillow for restful sleep.

This was our first time at an AC. We recently stayed the weekend, 2 days. The location is good. The room is a 2.5, nothing special. Bed, couch etc uninspired. We requested housekeeping during our stay. We were out all morning Sunday from 9am to 2pm. Returned to no house keeping. Called the front desk, the women told us the rooms with no guests, just vacated, are cleaned first and that’s that and implied we will get to it when they get to it. Went out again and returned around 5ish no housekeeping. I called the front desk again and was told the same thing this time by a man on the desk. I then asked if we could have some towels sent up. NO towels were delivered. I ran into a house keeping person and asked for towels she did drop some off.|||| Finally we went out to dinner and came back around 9:30, someone had come in and hung the towels, but no cleaning. However the bed was never made! We didn’t ask for much, just a clean and tidy room during our stay thats it.||||The front desk staff are a 1. They need refresher training that they are in the hospitality industry. However, the GM sets the tone and they are ultimately responsible. We stay at Marriott’s often from Fairfield’s, Residence, Westins, Edition, JW’s blah blah and have high status and were shocked how our simple request was/were blatantly ignored. The hotel was almost empty(based upon the handful of cars in the lot and seeing absolutely no one in the hallways that day) So it would have been a simple to accommodate our request. We will stay clear of AC’s going forward and will be back in Columbus in May but will avoid this Hotel. I did mention my disappointment when checking out and the women, same as the day before, said she would relay this to the appropriate party but I told her I doubted that given she’s the one I spoke to yesterday. Avoid!

Absolutely loved my stay. Rooms were clean and had all I needed for my 3 day stay. Had to take food downstairs to warm but that worked out OK for me. I tried not to go when they were busy at the front desk. Breakfast was disappointing glad I had purchased me some breakfast bars. If I loved one thing over the other it was the gym 😍 and the hydration station on each floor! I really like this brand and hope to be able to stay again soon!

This is the third time we have stayed for our annual visit to Columbus. It has remained in nice condition. All staff were helpful and friendly, rooms and open areas were clean. This hotel is in a great location for walkable city. Only negative? Hard floors mean you can hear everything from floor above.

The AC is a nice hotel in a great part of town. There are numerous restaurants including Mabella’s and a terrific Vietnamese restaurant, Uptown Vietnam Restaurant, and Kilwin’s ice cream nearby. The Concierge was knowledgeable. We appreciated the presence of hard floors throughout the room and the bed was comfortable. Regrettably, there was a great deal of hair in the shower and our safe was locked shut. Despite mentioning the safe and the hair and provided reassurance they would be dealt with neither was addressed during our stay.

This hotel is extremely nice. The only flaw is we could hear every single step the people above us took. The walls are pretty thin and before 7 on a Saturday we could hear all of our neighbors getting up and ready for the day.

A very stylish and sleek downtown hotel. If you like minimalistic styling you'll love it. If you like loud colorful busy... You won't.

Very comfy rooms, but again, very minimalistic.

My only real knock is the food... Only snacks on the menu in the evening, and the breakfast buffet looked like nothing but an overblown charcuterie board.

That said, I wasn't counting on either, so it didn't matter.

You're right on Broadway downtown with anything you could want only blocks away.

I'd stay again.
