This place was, indeed, quite lovely. The lobby, lounge and “library” areas near the entrance were chic and modern. The “European” buffet (their name for it), was an elevated experience (fyi $20/person), and they made coffee available at all times in the lobby (no charge). While the lounge had a full bar and evening tapas, the tapas menu is VERY limited, so it might not meet your needs (it didn’t meet ours).||We had a 2 Queen room for our family of 3, which was plenty spacious, including a small, separate seating area of an oversized chair and little table. The room also came with a coffee/tea making station and an elegant, glass front mini fridge that included a couple of chilled glasses and small bottles of water. No microwave, though, unfortunately. The beds were very comfortable and quiet — no creaky noises arising from anyone turning over in their sleep. And the blackout curtains were good, so we slept well. Do keep in mind, though, we were on the top floor (6th), and still heard plenty of street noise — bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.||Also.., housekeeping is available by request, rather than simply assumed… so you *can* have your room cleaned & made up, but only if you ask. We didn’t request housekeeping, but we did receive a bag filled with fresh towels hanging on our door, without asking, over the course of our 3-night stay, which was much appreciated.||Everything was spotlessly clean, and every staff member was warm and friendly… this place appears to have nailed their hospitality efforts.||Despite intending to park at the nearby malls for free… we got spooked by towing signs and chose to cough up the add’l $35/day to park below the hotel. Also… those malls are within walking distance, and have a lot to offer.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and the best oart of my stay was meeting Roger at the front desk. He went above and beyond the call of duty. After driving 18 hours from NYC he made my check in process smooth but was very accommodating to my requests and understanding to my needs. He was personable and welcoming and efficient. Thank you so much!

4 stars.

The good: kind staff, we felt very welcomed and informed of all of the amenities.
NO CARPET. I’m so glad this is now becoming normal for a hotel to not have that disgusting bacteria filled carpet all over the place. I never understood carpet in a high traffic space but it was always the standard. Hopefully more hotels will switch out as well.
It’s within walking distance to the high end mall.
Parking was $30 which was fine for me since I used my Bonvoy points to redeem a night here.

The bad:
It could use a deep clean to be honest. The sheets were washed but some had permanent stains and when I pulled the mattress off the headboard to check for bed bugs (there were none), I noticed toenail clippings behind the bed and a bunch of dust. You already removed the carpet which is one of my favorite things but you need a good vacuum and a mop before each guest checks in.
That darn bathroom sliding door. Now who even came up with that. A sliding bathroom door that doesn’t lock and has a 1 inch gap. You don’t feel like you have privacy in there. T

Modern and comfortable hotel next to a very high end mall. The hotel is walkable to lots of Buckhead attractions. If you only have a small bag, you could walk from the Marta station which is about 15 minutes. |The beds are comfortable, and the design is contemporary. The staff was friendly and nice, and they have a breakfast buffet for $20. We got a great rate and I would definitely stay there again

Nice clean hotel. Just make sure you don’t get put on any of the low floors. It’s impossible to sleep with the sirens from ambulances and cops going off multiple times an hour.

Location, location, location. Stayed at NOBU last time, and the rooms really are comparable. The hotels are literally 2 football fields away from each other. Will be staying at AC (Phipps) next time I'm in the area.

BTW, they also have a secure parking structure.

Stayed in a king suite and thought this would be a elegant 50th birthday getaway. I was so wrong! This hotel is basic and average to me, not upscale at all. It's in a high end area and that's about it. I did like the hardwood floors, leather chairs/sofa and room sizes but other than that, a regular room. My absolute biggest complaint is the lack of bathroom privacy. As I sat on the bed I can clearly see inside the bathroom toilet area. They have mirrors around the borders of the bathroom doors so even when closed someone sitting on the bed can easily see the person sitting on the toilet and doing their business. The purpose of going in the bathroom and closing the door is for privacy. I was given a handicap room without asking or notifying me when assigning the room to have the option of changing. Therefore, the room had old school shower curtains instead of a glass door. Speaking of shower curtains, the hooks were mixed match and one was missing. The amount that this hotel charges plus parking they should have the funds to keep this up to date. I was highly disappointed that my 50th hotel celebration experience did not meet my expectations in having a classy getaway.

Stayed here one night while I was in town visiting family. I booked a king room online, but at checkin they only had two doubles. It was disappointing, but not a huge issue. The parking deck was convenient, but it was odd that the elevator from the parking area dumped you outside the main entrance to the hotel; you had to walk outside to get to the interior elevator bank. My last complaint is that even at 10pm and later I could hear any noise coming from the hallway and rooms next door. It just didn’t feel very private.

On the plus side, the location is very convenient. I also wasn’t upset about the parking fee; online and on the app it clearly states there is a parking fee. Also, the staff were very nice and professional.
