Their name is the truth!! the BEST food I’ve ever had at a wedding hands down. We got so many compliments on how amazing the food was and we couldnt agree more. Nidia and the whole Absolutely Delicious crew were amazing. They were so kind when I had to post-pone one year due to COVID-19 - the quality of food is excellent. My. guests couldn't stop raving about the quality of the cuts of steak used etc. Amazing, would recommend 100x!!! My wedding planner Nicolette of Chic Concepts and the McNay Art. Absolutely PERFECT! We worked with Gina Salazar who was so incredibly helpful. We called and even though our wedding day was already fully booked, Absolutely Delicious Catering made an exception and was able to cater our special day. We chose them because of outstanding recommendations from friends and our venue. Throughout the planning process, Gina answered my endless questions and was extremely helpful in guiding us through our timeline and recommending portions. They also went above and beyond while coordinating our cake cutting and also our late night pizza delivery! On top of that, they lent us their cake cutting utensils and offered chargers for free.

Our tasting was delicious and ADC was able to accommodate our tight schedule and let us re-try one dish. ADC also helped with the wording on our wedding menus to make sure we had it right. Top notch!

On the day of our wedding, the serving staff was exceptional and were very helpful and respectful of all of our guests. Even better, they didn’t clear drinks away too soon which was a concern for us. One of the waiters even had a break dance off with the guests – big hit! The BEST part was that numerous guests told us that our food was “the best wedding food they had ever had!”

We highly recommend Absolutely Delicious Catering – it was a no brainer for us and they were exceptional!

We had the filet mignon, salmon with salsa, and the stuffed portobello mushrooms as our entree selections with a side of rosemary potatoes and green bean amondine. For appetizers we had the tequila shrimp brochettes, artichoke crostinis, pulled pork nachos, and empanadas.

Highly recommend all of those! The three entrees were stellar and I think the top two favorite apps from our guests were the tequila shrimp brochettes and the artichoke crostinis!

ADC was beyond amazing!! The food at our wedding was unique and flavorful without being offputting to picky guests. Everyone raved about our food and how delicious everything tasted (even the salad was a hit!). We appreciate the level of service and communication from Gina, who was extremely helpful and professional every step of the way!

Absolutely Delicious did a seated dinner at our wedding and they were incredible to work with! Gina made sure that everything was meticulously planned and Jerry made it all happen on our big day. The food and service were exceptional. They also did all the china, linens, glassware, etc. making things really easy on us.

Incredible catering company. Worked with Nadia and her team for my 200 person wedding and they knocked it out of the park. From the planning, place setting design , creating a special drink menu, and of course the food, we were blown away. She is so knowledgeable in all things catering and timing and presentation. Guests are still talking about how fabulous the wedding meal was over a year later!

They are experts in their fields with the upmost professionalism. For our event they provided amazing food, which all our guest were raving about. The waitstaff was attentive and ensured our guest were taken care of. The experience of planning and enjoying our event was heightened by the top notch service provided by Absolutely Delicious, in and out of the kitchen! My husband and I loved working with Gina at Absolutely Delicious for our wedding. Everything from the tasting to the communication to the meal the day-of was done with care and attention. We had several picky eaters come up to us at the wedding and compliment us on the food. That, and the presentation and flower arrangements along the buffet was STUNNING... a bonus that I honestly hadn't expected and that really blew me away. This is a very professional business that isn't just trying to impress the bride and groom... they actually care whether the guests enjoy their food or not. My only regret is that I didn't get to thank Gina personally before we got whisked away. Y'all are the best. I recommend Absolutely Delicious to any brides and grooms in the market for a stress-free (and tasty!) wedding.
