Unprofessional and unresponsive. I asked the owner, Daimeon three times for proposals on some landscaping. All three times he promised to get back to me. All three times he blew me off. I would not recommend this company. One star is being generous.

A to Z has done pruning for me for 3 years and every time it's been great. All the shrubs have been trimmed and shaped beautifully. The crew has been very efficient, organized, and cleaned up every twig! They also do a fine job with fall cleanup.

The A to Z guys doing the work for a home for sale by Caldwell Banker across the street... Have absolutely no respect for other people's property. They were leaf blowing and blew dust, sticks, and other debris into and at my car from across the street. When I went out to move my car and ask why he'd done that. He simply asked if he wanted me to use the blower to blow off my car. I called the main office to make a complaint, and like most businesses these days who only care about the money they're making. The receptionist said she'd tell a manager. Doesn't save the scratches and now filthy car that needs to be detailed. Thanks so much for the headache. I'll keep in mind to never recommend this company.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I tried to cancel my services with this company and disputed that they did not deliver what they promised. They ended up charging me anyway and I never heard from them again. Until now when they automatically charged my card for grass cutting services when I hadn't seen them in 3 months. Truly one of the most unethical companies I've worked with.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! UNRELIABLE!!!!!!! Had them come and give an estimate on work I needed done in the yard. Well it's been over 5 weeks and 3 phone calls later and still nobody has gotten back to me about the estimate. If this company was at all reliable or cared about it's clients they would have called. Even if they didn't want the job they should have call to info me . I will not recommend this company to anyone.
