What a beautiful and relaxing B&B in Walla Walla. Eileen is a gracious host who made us feel right “at home” as soon as we arrived. A quiet place where you can sit, read and listen to the doves cooing. Breakfasts were wonderful. Short distances to wineries, downtown and other sites in the area. Definitely a place to come back to!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The breakfasts were absolutely amazing and Eileen was very accommodating with my fiance's gluten allergy. We love playing with Eileen's adorable dog, Bunny Bear! The location was perfect for us, as it was a short bike ride to the wineries and farms nearby. We would love to return!

What a wonderful place to stay in Walla Walla.||||Overall, A Room with a View is perfect balance of the comfort of staying with a good friend or relative in their home, and the privacy and luxury of staying in a traditional hotel.||||My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend getaway from Seattle. I selected this BnB after reading great reviews and finding that it seemed to be a good balance between cost and comfort/luxury/service.||||Eileen and A Room with a View exceed our expectations. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and felt very much like a home. It's in a perfect, quiet location easily accessible to downtown Walla Walla and all the wineries you could want. We had a room upstairs with a private bath and found it perfect for us. There were also quiet places to sit outside and enjoy coffee/tea while admiring the view.||||Eileen was there to check us in and show us around the house - but also made sure to offer us plenty of privacy. She had wonderful recommendations for restaurants, wineries, and things to do. She recommended PassaTempo for dinner and we loved it!||||Breakfast was amazing. Coffee/Tea were available before hand and then Eileen made us breakfast banana-splits the first day and crepes with ricotta/mascarpone filling and homemade peach compote the second day. Both were so creative and delicious. I also think it's worth noting that she was very accommodating and willing to make adjustments as needed (if you have a special diet or need something particular for your stay I'm positive she would be happy to take care of it).||||Perhaps our favorite part (although it's hard to chose just one) was Eileen's fluffy little dog named Bunny Bear. While I'm sure Eileen would make adjustments if you don't like dogs or are allergic, she is such a joyful creature who brightened our mornings by her excitement to see us. We are half convinced that we now need a dog just like her. :)||We would definitely recommend this BnB and we look forward to coming back ourselves!

Another fantastic stay at A Room With A View in Walla Walla. Eileen is a wonderful host and always makes our stay memorable. The location is convenient to downtown, restaurants, wineries and tasting rooms. The bedrooms are very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast is delicious and Eileen is always willing to accommodate our dietary preferences. We have visited Walla Walla many times and our visits wouldn't be as relaxing without staying at A Room With A View.

With two other couples, we have stayed at “A Room With a View” on Spring Release weekend in Walla Walla for the past 4 years. The moment you are greeted at the door by Eileen, the Inn owner, you feel the most incredible hospitality that she gracefully extends to each guest. She makes you feel so welcome in her well-appointed and lovely home. The outdoor patio’s and gardens are perfect places to relax and take in the breathtaking views of the pastoral valley below and the Blue Mountains. Eileen’s breakfasts are made with fresh, wonderful ingredients into simply amazing and delectable treats! She is a very accomplished chef and never ceases to delight our palates! You will feel so at home here that you will find it very difficult to leave!

We could not have wished for a better place to stay for our weekend getaway from Seattle. Everything was perfect: very clean and cozy room, private bathroom with a bathtub, lovely terrace with comfy sun chairs directly accessible from our room, free parking right outside the house, the cutest little Maltese dog called Bunny Bear roaming around, delicious breakfast freshly prepared every morning... Eileen is without a doubt the best and most caring hostess we've ever met. We loved everything about our stay, and will definitely come back one day!

So this is our second time to stay here and we loved it both times. Eileen serves up the most delicious breakfast and uses seasonal and fresh ingredients. There is multiple places on the property to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Some of our favorite afternoons were spent with a bottle of wine sitting in the property gardens. You have plenty of privacy when you want it and wonderful conversation with Eileen when you want that. She is the perfect hostess. We even enjoyed the view from our room on a rainy day! It’s a very fitting name for this BnB.

Eileen gave us a very warm welcome. Our room was such a relaxing place with a great patio just outside our door. View was refreshing. Breakfast was creative and served with good taste. Thanks Eileen, we also loved visiting. We were given great places to visit around Walla, Walla so our time to celebrate Bill's birthday and retirement was full of joy.
