Beware!!!!!!! No pool no hot tub. You'll be kept up by the people that live there. Sinks do not drain. No soap to shower with. Window panes taped in. Reserved multiple rooms and could not figure out how to split them. Over all not a good experience. But if you do decide to stay definitely go nextdoor to the Landing. Great place with great food.

What an unexpected surprise. My new go-to hotel in Yuma. Super close to Paradise Casino and walking distance from The Pint House and Lutes Casino. We were upgraded away from the street to a suite, and it was great. Best sleep I have had in months. Great service from the lady at the desk and super informative. I will definitely return soon.

I was surprised by the good reviews after arriving. The room was so-so. The exterior was awful (see pictures). When coming back from dinner, the guests in the room next to us were outside smoking pot. There were cigarette butts all over the ground and in the parking lot around us. The ice machine and vending machine area was disgusting. There was a motorcycle that was torn apart in the parking lot (you could tell that it had been there for awhile). Because of the guests around us, my husband would not let me go out alone. We believe some guests were there long stay. Don’t stay here.

Arrived late and requested a quiet room!
Nancy at the evening reception was very helpful and friendly. She upgraded me to a little cottage style room on the edge of the hotel.
Just across the street was an excellent restaurant for dinner!
I can highly recommend this place and would stay there anytime!!!

Well it's under new ownership now.(Guess who) Trash on the grounds everywhere coffee pot didn't work in my brother's room. He had coffee. My room didn't have any coffee. No longer get breakfast at The landing that went away. Now they got crap Continental breakfast crap in the office, (very minimum) reserved two rooms that were almost at each opposite end of the properties. We normally stay there about once every 6 months but we will no longer be returning to this motel. It's too dirty nobody's cleaning the place.

We have stayed at this hotel for the last few years and was great. However ,our last stay was not so pleasant. They gave us a room that was not cleaned and had to switch rooms. There was street racing going on outside which made it hard to sleep. The awesome warm sit down breakfast next door is no longer included. Just a continental breakfast now. Bummer.

I needed to be in Yuma for 3 weeks and paid for the extended stay. I wanted to check out early , but they don't do refunds. I suggest you pay one day at a time incase you don't like it here. The price is pretty cheap, but you get what you paid for. I won't be back.

Actually pleasantly surprised. I expected a little worse conditions but overall not bad. What do I mean? Bed was good, linens and pillows were fresh, shower was good including water pressure, and the HVAC unit in my room had clean filters. As I travel quite a bit for work, I have a very specific cleaning and check routine and this room passed no problem.

The potential issues for some people are the following smaller toilet configuration, TV is just ok, no WiFi if across the street (which I was), and breakfast is really a snack more than anything.
