I placed an order at 5:39 PM today, fully aware that it would likely take some time since it's a busy Saturday with college football. I asked for a 6:50 PM pickup time and arrived at 6:46 PM, not expecting the food to be ready immediately. However, I watched as a group that arrived with me received their food and left. At 7:02 PM, I was told my order was being bagged, but I continued to wait while another group came in, received their food, and left.

During this time, I overheard the kitchen repeatedly asking for items from my order, including a kid's meal. By 7:20 PM, I was frustrated as I still hadn’t received my food, and now a third group had arrived and was waiting. I finally received my food at 7:28 PM, only to find several items lukewarm and the fries cold. The person at the counter forgot to give me the ranch I ordered, and when he handed me five as if it was a favor, I had to remind him I actually ordered 10.

I tried to stay polite but decided to speak to a manager. The manager blamed an unexpected large party and a broken printer, which didn’t explain why others received their orders within 10 minutes while I waited almost 40. To top it off, once I got home, I realized an item was missing. Unfortunately, this was my first and will be my last experience here.

Went to the new Wild Wings after being opened for less than a week. The layout and space was well designed. The first thing I noticed was that no one looked angry like they had been waiting for their food to long. I also noticed that the employees looked happy to be at work and enjoying what they were doing. I was familiar with BWW but it was nice to see the stress of opening a new location was not effecting the staff. They have a well stocked bar and vast drink menu. Our food came out quickly after ordering and so did our drinks. I had the bloody Mary and it was so good I almost forgot to take a picture of it before I finished it. I ate the flaming Doritos boneless wings. They were great and HOT. Some many great choices and I can’t wait to come back again. Thank you BWW for building such a classy establishment.

We went in about 4:30 seated drink order taken got drinks ordered food. But then our waitress never came and refilled our drinks she stood at the next table the entire time we ate I emptied my tea glass and sat it on end of table still did not come my spouse finished his and I rattled the ice before she ever came over to ask if we needed anything.

Stopped in this past Friday, ordered the 10 piece traditional wings with the Caribbean Jerk sauce and an order of onion rings. By the way, they some of the best onion rings around. The wings were great a little bit of heat but not bad. They were busy as usual but got a table right away and the service was excellent.

Great place to watch a college or professional game. Servers are friendly and the food is superb. Prices are steep but worth it to meet up with friends or family.

Very disappointed in the quality of my dinner. I ordered wings, crispy and naked. They were served cold and were tiny. I also ordered a side salad. The lettuce was half black and slimy. I showed it to our waitress, and she said she would take it back and make a new one. The replacement salad was just as bad or worse. I couldn't eat it. I showed it to the waitress when she came to bring the check, and all she said was she was sorry and she did not make it. She did not offer to take it off the check. I paid for it with regrets, and it will be a long time before I go back. For the amount of money you have to pay to eat out these days, you expect to at least receive well prepared quality meals offered by a well trained staff.

Decent food
Good service
Reasonable prices.

Update- April 2024.
The last 2 times we were here the service has been pretty bad. They’ve messed up our order both times and one person in our party had to wait an extra 15 to get their food. The first time it happened, the manager was very kind and credited out an entree. This last time, nothing. Waiter showed no remorse at all.
Food is still good, but service is going down hill here.

Next visit:
Want to order for pick up, but the app is experiencing technical difficulties.

I won’t eat here. I can’t order online.
Hopefully this can get fixed and I’ll come back.

Ok I tried again….
The app will let me take the time to create my order. But then when I check out, I get a error message. Why is it that I have to spend this much time to just fail when trying to check out? This is frustrating. Get your shit together Buffalo Wild Wings.

This place cost way to much to serve such horrible food. I ordered a fried chicken salad sandwich, the chicken was not edible. I’m not sure if it was freezer burnt or what but I literally couldn’t bite through it bc it had the texture of hard rubber. Overall food was disgusting, also had loaded nachos that looked like someone spilled a salt shaker on them.
