The best place in Yuma Az to spend the Winter. Lots of fun activities. Pickle ball, shuffle board, swimming pool. Very close to shopping. Friendly staff and management. Pet friendly. You can stay as busy or unbusy as you want. come they mean what they say when they say Friendly Acres.

Full disclosure, I am a workamper at Friendly Acres and have been for 4 seasons. My husband and I enjoyed the park so much that we bought a home in the park the first season. There is so much to do, crafts, sports, games, and social events. Friendly Acres is an older park but very well maintained. We are happy to be part of the Friendly Acres family.

Super location in town next to a 9 hole golf course. Neighborhood Walmart within walking distance (1/2 block) which is super convenient. Love it here for the last 16 years!

I visited a friend, who is quite happy living at Friendly Acres and has been there at least 20 years.
I know my friend has been involved over the years in the many events at the community building, including line dancing lessons and community potluck meals.
The park has done several improvements since the beginning of the pandemic, all of which make it a better looking park. The new Pickle Ball court seems to get plenty of use.
To my knowledge, there are no rooms and no "service". As far as I know, this is a trailer park that has long-term residents and accepts some short-term RVs and 5th Wheels.
