I seen NO health department inspection certificate nor business license for the kitchen where this park makes and sells food , has cochroachs and who knows what other critters , park is not animal friendly, it may take you several days before the owner Jean will let you pay your electric bill and rent , very inconvenient when she asks you to come back the next day to do so , and then again the next day , one month it wasn't until 9 days later before I was able to finally get her to let me pay for my rent n electric. Lots of drama also at this park , new rules include that you must have your cat on an leash at all times.
Electric rates are out of this world , $.20.5 per kw in December 2023. Not ran professionally at all .

Awesome park. There are really cool buildings and it is right next to the Colorado River!

The African Daisy's and tomato plant were a nice touch.

Unfortunately couldn't take my Toy Hauler here.

Guess it's 55+.

Would have been nice if there was a sign or notice before hand...

OK for a short stay, but we stayed here last year for several months and a month into covid they still were NOT cleaning the bathrooms. When I told the owner that they were really dirty she told me that the customers are supposed to clean it ourselves! It's overall a very dirty, run down place. But it's cheap so make your own decision. I will never stay again! Also, she is a very greedy penny pincher and just not a nice or friendly person at all. Pay the extra 100 dollars Month and stay at a nice place that has a pool and good customer service! That's what we do now! 😎

If you are looking for a high end polished posh RV park, this is not your place. But it has a lot of character and we've been coming here for years. We like it because there is a great bike path to downtown Yuma. There is birding right next door and a nice city park further down. The place has a lot of old-fashioned character and Jean is super nice. There are very loyal winter visitors who run a lot of the activities like breakfasts, horseshoes, shuffleboard, movie nights, etc. bathrooms are nothing to write home about. But it is where we stay every time we come to Yuma.
