I hosted a surprise 40th birthday party for my husband February 2020 at the Barley Hound, which was organized and catered by Hawk & Hound. I cannot say enough incredible things about the entire experience, from start to finish. Vanessa was a true professional to work with. She was very thorough, detailed oriented, organized, and responsive. She helped me create a dinner menu that worked for our guests, many of which had dietary restrictions, and a bar selection that worked well for our crew.

The event itself went off without a hitch! It was raining and cold outside, but the patio tent was warm and inviting. The tent itself is more like a fully enclosed event space. It has pitched ceilings with beautiful draping, gorgeous chandeliers, an awesome bar, and great seating areas. We had 40 people and there was more than enough space, but it was still small enough that it felt intimate. The staff was friendly and courteous and the food was amazing! We had a full taco bar and everyone raved about it.

If you are considering Hawk & Hound for any event, don't hesitate!! It was the best decision we made!

Foods good and unique. Customer Service is decent, but we came during lunch hr. They need more hands on deck! Took a good 20 minutes to get our order in, another 20 for food to arrive, and waiting for the check? About 30 minutes...they paid most attention to customers on front patio. Hopefully, they will hire more folks to help out! This place has the potential to be amazing! But if you're made to wait and wait, it kind of ruins the experience.

Hawk and Hound provided delicious, high quality, and unique food, creative and fresh cocktails, and amazing service. We have used them for a swanky cocktail party we host every year and for our annual fashion show. They did a great job with both events.

We hosted our wedding reception at the Barley Hound last month. And let me just say I’m so happy we picked this venue! Vanessa helped us coordinate THE perfect day! Everything was prepped and ready from the vendors prior to us coming to set up! (I didn’t expect this at all) The staff was amazing, and the food was incredible. Even with a last minute order of events change, they handled everything perfectly! I cannot say enough great things about this place! We will cherish these memories for a lifetime! Thank you!

Hands-down, the best caterer and event planner in town. Some friends and I hired H&H to help us throw a casual baby shower luncheon. From quote to menu planning to venue and setup, they could not have been easier to work with. The food was excellent and creative - Chef Tony did some classic appetizers, sliders and salads with a little twist, like a smoked salmon and cream cheese spread on crackers and a summery melon and blueberry salad with fresh mint that paired perfectly with mimosas. It was just delicious. Best of all, they helped us figure out a menu and drinks that worked within our budget. The backyard at the Barley Hound was the perfect location, too.
