Room were clean and everything was in good shape. They have all the amenities that you would look forward to in a general hotel. The breakfast that they gave as part of the room rental was way better than was expected for a hotel of that quality. In fact, it turned out that it was way better than what the competing hotels were offering.

The staff made checking in and out super simple and were very attentive to all of our questions and needs.

If visiting Holbrook or any of the surrounding areas or attractions this is definitely the place to make your stay comfortable at a reasonable cost.

Clean and comfy. Close to restaurants and the interstate. I love the big refrigerator and 4 cup coffee pot. The walls are a bit thin and we could hear the people next to us practically word for word of their conversations but after dark it was quiet. We would stay there again

This is kind of a "get what you paid for" situation. I probably would rate it a two, if not for the staff. The woman at checkout was so friendly and helpful! I accidentally booked on Hotels.com for 2018 (I'm literally still so baffled as to how I did that, but I digress) the woman as the front desk was able to book my dog and I a room anyway. Which was great because I'd been driving for 11 plus hours and would have slept in a dumpster, with fast food trash stuffed in a fast food bag as a pillow! |The place is kind of old, I think, so there were plenty of stains on the floor, curtains, chairs, etc. But, it seemed fairly clean. It was quiet. All in all, probably wouldn't stay there again unless I had to, BUT, I wouldn't not stay there again, especially if the staff is always as nice. And hey, it beats a dumpster with fast food wrapper bedding.

Amanda at check-in was great! I requested a quiet room and she gave us the best room with a GREAT view! The WIFI worked really well. We had no complaints. They could use new pillows, but other than that we were happy with our stay.

If you have more options around this hotel so try them before this one. The AC didn’t work properly, the tv wasn’t working properly and the pillows, those pillows are the worst thing ever. They offered breakfast, but good luck because we were there at 8am to have coffee and the main office was closed, so not breakfast. The WiFi connection is really weak. The good thing about this hotel was the king size bed.

The Inn seems new, with a modern look and feel. Comfortable beds, modern furnishings and a nice bathroom. Everything you need for a stop over with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, large TV, plenty of sockets and charging points, along witb good aircon. I would definitely stay here again.

I stay only one day and I wish I would of payed the extra $20 dollars to go somewhere else. We're do I start on telling you to please go somewhere else instead. My room had no lock for the door, no wash rags had to wash with nothing. The refrigerator was all broken with no knob inside to change settings. The mattress were so hard and the springs on the mattress were coming out in some spots. When I went to check out a young man come out after ringing the bottom like five times. I told him I had no wash rags in my room and he said " you should come and got some from the front desk". Did not say sorry once we then not putting any wash rags. Had to give a one star I would give it 0 stars. Please take reviews in mind when choosing a hotel.

For the price I can't complain. It had an older tv but not a biggie considering we had free HBO. The mini fridge & microwave were very nice too. Our room was fairly clean
