Didn't expect much for a cheap room! We made a trip on a busy weekend (Memorial Day). Rooms smell like cigarettes (non-smoking room) all smelled stuffy! Shower sucked no water pressure also saw a few roaches on the sink! Sheets and bedding had wholes/stains you can tell they are very old!! We got a room with two beds. One of the beds had bed bugs! My poor friend was covered in bites. Got a picture of one of the bugs she killed a few other.

Worst smelling place ever. Should have known right after I went inside and the air freshener was so overwhelming I had to breath through my shirt. The hallways upstairs smelled of musty mold. The room smelled of dog urine. I was afraid to look at the rest of the room afraid of what I might come across. Staff was friendly until the first inkling of a problem. Refused to refund or money at first. There were people hanging out in the parking lot in broken down vehicles doing what was obviously drugs. Went next door to their sister hotel. Another big mistake. But, Royal in at least was willing to transfer cost of room over their. Never ever again

This place is absolutely disgusting! We stayed the first night but the second night we found roaches in the bed and left right away. The owner refuses to refund the money and still made us pay half of booked days. If you want stained towels, carpet that blackens your feet, mold in the tub, roaches in the bed and everyehere else, and to deal the rudest B of an owner, then be their guest! Absolutely horrific. I would give no stars if I could!

If i could give no stars i would. It advertises a pool, casino and restaurant. They dont exist. The room we were in was the "nice room", there were giant cracks in the tub, hot water took forever to heat up, very few towels and no face clothes. The beds smelled terrible and i am wishing i had slept on the floor. The pillows were stained yellow, very lumpy and old and also smelled terrible. Very sketchy place. Someone died while we were there. There are better places for the same price.

During my time here i received several calls from people in other rooms here at this hotel wanting to buy drugs. The linen and towels were badly stained. Behind the cubic frig there were over 200 rouches. The rouches were coming from the walls. Management's reply was to bad, live with it. Management is very unpleasant and unprofessional. Many residents are drug addicts (meth heads). Cops are here every 2-3 nites. This motel should be closed on grounds of rouch infested, drug related, as well filth. I've left the roches with the board of health.

Terrible motel, lots of loud drug addicts occupying the rooms at all times not ever considerate of neighbors or anything at all. The rooms are mediocre with small bathrooms and limited storage space. The bathroom had a small cut out from the wall that was triangular and not professionaly done that was being used as a towel shelf/rack looked poorly constructed. Management is better than it was but still nothing to brag about. The room service can be slow lazy with skipping their duties or rushing through them sloppily.

There's no telephone and no coffee maker in the room, there were about 5 drug deals outside of our room, the stairs are unsafe to be on and the week we stayed, the night we checked in we found beer bottles under our bed the house keeper never came up stairs and our bed frame was being held up by 2 very big rocks. There's no hot water and there was no heater just ac unit. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you don't mind motorcycle drug dealers and people fighting all hours of the night. And if you check out early you don't get a refund. So bring your own towels, toilet paper and pillows
