If you’re on a budget & need a place to get a quick 8 hour sleep that offers a decent breakfast on weekends , this is Your Place. The staff is friendly , the room is clean , the bed is comfy. Oh & there’s good water pressure in the shower & it drains properly too! It’s actually handy having your car directly in front of the door to the motel. The tv is not large- but that’s not what we were there for. Great location too!

Stopped here for a night on our way across I-40 and loved it. Location is great and the girl at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Shower had lots of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was more than we expected and very tasty!

Purchased for a family member traveling back from California on an unexpected family emergency and the rooms were super super clean, staff was extremely friendly and everything! We will definitely be booking with this place again if we travel this direction again! Super nice location near food and gas right off the highway.

The staff is great, The housekeeper Francin is the greatest the RM smells so clean. The parking lot is always clean. The hotel is quiet and clean. They have been very accommodating with us and our business needs. Would very highly recommend to anyone staying in the Holbrook area.

The beds are super super comfortable. It was clean and quiet. Far enough away from the train tracks that you hardly hear the train horn when it comes through town. Room rate was competitive with similar hotels in Holbrook. A/C worked well, plenty of hot water. WiFi and TV worked fine. I was a happy camper for my one night stay.

As of 10/4/2024 this place was fantastic.
Was passing thru town and needed a place to rest. For work I drive a semi and ran out of hours. Found this spot and ample parking across the street on the gravel lot. Bought a spot for one night and paid $91 bucks.Seemed pretty quiet for a midweek stay. Receptionist informed me that the big guy was spraying the room and mine wasn’t done yet. No big deal I dropped my bags off and walked across the street to the bar to kill some time. About a half hour later I noticed the guy was gone. Room was very clean nice white sheets and pretty comfortable pillows and a plush bed. I could tell that the room had been recently renovated but it all looked good to me. New caulk on the toilet seats, no stains or anything anywhere. Didn’t hear any noises from other neighbors and have zero complaints about the place. I didn’t expect to find such a nice spot in Holbrook but I’m glad I stopped here. And the next day they had breakfast. Lots of options like cereal , toast , eggs and some sausage and fresh coffee. If you’re in town this place was good to me and I hope if somebody reads this run on sentence it’ll convince them to give this place a shot.

What you see is what you get, the place looks just like the photos. Room was very clean and comfy, the shower water stayed warm and had good pressure. Standard continental breakfast, with pretty good waffles. Overall a reasonably priced family-owned motel, I would stay here again.

The room was fine but they took $200 from me because I was accused of smoking in the room.I emptied my trash from my truck into the room trashcans and my trash contained some cigarette butts so when the maids say them I was accused of smoking
