Can’t relate to all the negative reviews but haven’t seen other rooms than Kings suite which was great - small resting area before you enter bedroom with balcony (stunning views!). It’s a ** hotel so don’t expect modern conditions but it’s tidy enough. Location is also amazing within walking distance to most of the city best places. Sam from front desk goes above and beyond to assist when needed - course he’s not at the desk 24/7 but just one bell ring away. Would recommend🍀

So we checked into this place at 337pm. Got settled and then left for the evening at 430pm or so to grab a bite to eat. I did my hair with straighter before we left and returned to the room at 930pm or so. Placed the do not disturb sign at around 10pm. Woke up the next morning to what they call a continental breakfast. No bowls for the cereal that look stale and outdated. No cups for the juice bar. No nothing basically. Staff never around. At around 1pm I started to get ready to go for the days activities and can't find my straighter the same one I used the night before. I searched the entire room and my husband can couch I'm not crazy I brought it and used it the night before and now it's vanished. The front desk guy is Indian and don't really speak English. All he shows me is a paper that says I had a D which means do not disturb meaning no one went in the room. I explained that was put on last night at 11pm so that doesn't exclude the time we were gone from 5 to 9pm. Such a bust. They stole a HAIR STRIAGHTER. Won't ever stay here again and will be leaving my stuff in my luggage locked. Unbelievable and to think this was a birthday celebration. Filing a compliant with sheriff office as well. Loved the damn straighter.

My room was at the end if the hall. It was not marked smoking/no smoking. The sink drain stopper did not work. I used the shampoo lid. The shower drainstopper didn't work either and there was mold in the shower. The room needed some work. I worked in a facility like this for three summers. If my rooms were not perfect I would have been fired. It was like "we are at the end of the rooms so let's forget about it". Had I known the king rooms were SO MUCH BETTER I would have booked one of those.

They were/are the most honest kind and accommodating place I've had the luck of staying ! And their breakfast was/is as good as any ! When I go to Havasu again, I know where I'll be staying !!! Thanks Roadway Inn & Suites, Y'all ARE the bomb !!!.

Don’t let the pictures fool you. The hall walls and floor were very dirty. Water leaked in our room so the plaster was falling off onto the floor. No hot water, the plug in’s only work if the lights are on, once the lights are off NO outlet works. They say they have breakfast which is only a gallon of milk sitting in a cooler and stale cereal and no coffee. We didn’t see a single employee to talk to. If I could give it a zero I would

Mrs Patel could not find my reservation and it took her a long time to check us in manually. It didn't take long for us to decide to go elsewhere once we passed the industrial strength fans positioned in the long hallway to our room.
