The campgrounds are nice with a great location but the office manager is horrible. She treats the senior citizens with no respect. Doesn't listen. Charges late fees when it's her staff that didn't run a charge. Hangs up on people if she doesn't want to talk about it or work it out. The worst customer service ever. And she gets away with it because people want to camp at the location. If you go here, pray you don't have an issue. Or have a good lawyer on retainer.

Amend - the late fee was credited. However, that doesn't excuse hanging up on people or treating them without respect. People in positions of management or customer service need extreme patience. As evidenced from multiple reviews, that does not exist here, but I do appreciate the fact that they reversed the erroneous charge.

Love this park. Couple of disappointments as the bathrooms are pretty ugly in need of repair and servicing. Laundry room is OK, but could be improved. They are basically always clean, but have had issues with water pressure, especially hot water during the winter months. Overall, this is a very friendly park, staff is friendly and helpful.we look forward to playing pickleball here and a year or so ago they said they were adding another court. But did not happen. Nice pool and hot tub area.

This was the filthiest most unkept campground I have ever been to. There doesn’t appear to be any upkeep. Weeds everywhere, half the bathrooms were not working, picnic tables needed painting. It is sad as it is a beautiful location.

The view from the deck was excellent. It oversaw the lake and was close to the London Bridge. However, the cabin itself left a lot to be desired. It was dirty with spiders and cobwebs. It needed a good cleaning. All of the kitchen outlets did not work so we had to plug in the coffee maker in the bedroom. We did report this to maintenance and fortunately they came the same day and fixed it with a new GFI outlet. There was an outlet in the dining room with no cover. Even though there was a new slider installed, there was no trim. No WiFi so we could not watch either of the 2 TVs provided. We will not be back.

I do NOT recommend this place. When we arrived in 120 degree weather we had to move 2 times. We set up hoses out electrical plugged in water hooked up and the electrical box failed. We moved to another spot the same thing happened 😑. I do not recommend this place the front office is closed on the weekends. The bath house is terrible no air cinder block cave area hat as EVER. The pool had NO patios furniture and when I asked if they put out chairs for the Fourth of July holiday they said NO. People destroyed the patio furniture and they were not replacing it 😳. We have traveling for 3 years and this has to be the worst place I have been too. They really need to upgrade their facilities

Host was really nice, but the facilities on the campground are very outdated and broken. Some showers are not working, the toilet doors are see through. The picknick benches on the campsites are broken.

The asking price (75 with hook up) seems too high for what you get.

Campground is close to London Bridge (walkable).

Office lady was a total crab. Guy at the guard shack was nice. Off season good time to come. Found out when we set up there was no power because of construction so we had to move to another spot. Next morning the water went out due to a water leak. $85.00 per night was a waste of money. Not coming back.

The park is not taken care of at all. No sewere they will come around and dump you twice a week. Too expensive. This could be a beautiful prk. It's right on the water. Too bad they don't care about the place.
