DO NOT GO HERE! This is not a resort by any standard. It should be against the law to rent at all. There was mold and dust everywhere. Urine, hair and rust in and on the tub , sinks and toilet. Rust in the pans. Drawer comp,Emely missing in the kitchen. Bugs on the bed that had no blanket. Decorations from a grad party I the corner of the kitchen. Back door completely gone and front door propped open. No screens on the window that had no blinds. Tile floor cracked. Carpet was stained and frayed from the wall. The pool was closed and hot tub broken. This room was so bad we left the keys on the counter and found another place to stay. RCI did return our money and points to our account but it is still listed as a resort to go to. We have owned and loved our timeshare for over 30 years and this is the only place we have ever complained about.

I’m traveling with my father-in-law. This was his favorite place to stay when visiting his grandkids. Ill start with the pros. It’s big, stove micro frig and some supplies. It was clean and it’s very close to Several restaurants and shops and Scoops ice cream which is a must. It is Very outdated and worn and I kept my flip flops on during my 2 night stay. The furniture, living room setting , gave me the eeby jeebies. Not sure if they’ve ever been cleaned. I slept there with a sheet, look at photos I couldn’t sleep in bed. 2 tvs that had several channels and AC. There’s free parking and WiFi. The girl at reception was very friendly. They do have a stack of brochures of phone numbers to call if you want a massage, eeeek red flag. The pool is good size with pool toys and it was blue but so many bugs on top, needed to be skimmed. People live here permanently also. Everything was old, I’m sorry to say. I feel bad but it’s just not my cup of tea I do not recommend or will I return. They do have a vending machine with sodas water and candy but did not work.

I'd give it 5 for a very last minute booking and being able to finally use a $100 gift card hotels.com, but the lack of a microwave, sucked. It is a Daily, Weekly, and Monthly rentals, I would expect a microwave it. But they are clearly up grading the place it's cute, it was quite and right across the alley of the local strip. Perfect timing to booking a last minute stay they had downtown blocked for a crafts, arts and artesian artist work. Over I was satisfied.

The Sands is showing its age, We have stayed there many times. The rooms are always clean and the staff nice. The pool is almost done just finishing the deck and loks awesome. We hope they continue to remodel and update the rooms. Even though its a 2 star review we know it can be a 4 and look forward to staying at the Sands again soon.

This place really needs an exterminator as well as someone to change the bedding an cleaning the bathrooms. Honestly my opinion could use New Management as well as housekeepers to keep the place up to par first place I've ever been to where we had to bring our own bedding and towels. Wish we'd wouldn't have booked it for more than one night unfortunately got stuck for two beings they would not refund our money or address the issues

This place is close to London bridge, so location wise good. Room are not so clean but good for the price. Room has only queen bed, and they won’t offer any additional beddings. I have them 2 start because I found some bugs in the room. Initially, I thought it is bedbugs but management said it Beetles. Not sure what is the reality, but management is aware of it for sure. Lady named Angela, she is very rude and won’t be ready to accept any request you made. She gave us very dirty room initially, but thank god to AC was not working, so she has to transfer us. Check the AC when you go to the room first because mine room AC was not working.

We walked into the center and liked the pool area but when we got into the room itself it was extremely outdated, they offer no coffee! They have actual dishes instead of throw away cups. They have signs and say they will charge you if you leave dirty dishes and just like I do at any place I check the cleanliness and idk what people think is clean but I hope this isn’t how they keep their house and I saw dead bed bugs absolutely disgusting!

Went there to drop off my sis-n-law.
The Pool was DISGUSTING, with algae growing in it!
It's definitely an "OLD"... "MOTEL"! [Made out of OLD 1 bedroom apartments] There's nothing about it that is "Resort" like! The room my Sis was in, was dark gloomy & had RED walls! The couch was old looking. The whole place was just OLD - ran down looking & creepy feeling.
I "MYSELF" WOULD NEVER STAY HERE!
