Price too higher 75 dollars a day plus tax and creat card fee altogether 82.54 a day the place don’t felt security no fence ( we brought our toys with us motorcycle and bicycles) and our parking right in front closed to the road, was said internet ( but no internet can connect to far away) no outside table and reception office Not open on Saturday and Sunday. We call around found 50 dollars a day rate in January Lake Havasu then moved different camp only 4 blocks away, the reception when we called said not stay she was RUDE… we recommend not stay here , when business wants high rates need to be good employees works and need to more reasonable providing to clients traveling. Services not quick and got money…..you can find chip hotel for 91 dollars plus tax a day…. The camp grounds only water and electricity is 82.54 cents a day is rip off…. Ps: be aware dog is 25 dollars a day they charge fee..we don’t have pet. Les/Hue

We are so glad that we happened upon this place. They were very accommodating for us and is big rig friendly. The park and facilities are kept clean and well maintained. There are lots of amenities here including a great exercise/weight room, pool table that is in great shape with cues that aren't all beat up, and a huge laundry room. Everytime we have gone into the bathroom, shower, hot tub or pool, they were meticulously clean. They have different things happening in their clubhouse everyday if you choose to partake in the get-togethers. I am not very social but have really enjoyed this aspect as well. The location is also great. You're 1 mi from Walmart and only a few of miles from the main attractions like London bridge and the swap meet on Sundays. You can also ATV right from your campsite. The trails start right behind the resort. And just a side note, people here drive there UTVs right in town. We were only planning on staying for one month but have already talked to the office about staying for a second month. We would definitely recommend this place.

We have been to many RV parks all over the country, and this park has the cleanest and most updated facilities by far! The owners and very personable and try to maintain a healthy park. The pool is heated along with a jacuzzi, they have a clubhouse that has two movie spots, a library as well as board games. They also have a pool table and work out room available to use. Sites are clean, gravel to park on. Some have cement pads but not all. You do get a better deal if staying weekly or monthly so keep this in mind, and with so much to do and see in Lake Havasu you can stay pretty busy!

Had been in Prospector 8 years! This year management said you won't be guaranteed your spot! We were told Other campers were INSULTED because we got the same spots! We are INSULTED by their behavior..we have had wonderful comeraderie with MANY campers from all over the country!
A full time camper was put in the spot we were to be in..when we arrived he had to move..should not have been a problem..he raised a stink! Talked with other camp ground hosts and were told by all this should not have been a problem..MANAGEMENT Be very careful ! So very disappointed
Moving..won't be back! As are 15 other campers with bigger issues with management!

Not 55 plus park! Lots of kids! Not supervised and some unruly..in the pool and spa!

I have been wintering over at Prospectors RV park for 3 years, and I have nothing but nice things to say about the park and the management team. It’s in a great location north of town, with ample shopping and easy access to the Colorado river and Lake Havasu area UTV trails. Prices are reasonable for a resort town, and they have are very nice recreation area with a pool and plenty of planned activities to keep you entertained.

Just recently relocated to lake havasu and found other parks aren't as nice. Friendly staff and people in the park. Super clean and quiet. Bathrooms and showers are clean. Has plenty of accommodations in the club house. Love to play pool and weekly activities the park host.
