The hotel has seen better days. Everything is dark inside.|We had a suite with 2 rooms. One room had one bed and the other one had a soffa.|They just gave us the sheets and didn't even bother to fix the soffa.|Food is too expensive for small portions.

Went to Martini restaurant. My meal came out when picking up plates from others in my group that finished their food. Manager said, no problem, they won’t charge me for meal and took the plate back to kitchen. NO apology and did not ask how they could make things right. Did not show any indication of caring. Service is awful. Had to go to bar for beverages. Restaurant had 7 other people there.

Currently 1/2 the park closed for renovations. Pool is cleaned daily. Large activity center. Just a couple blocks off 95. Could definitely use some Maintenance attention.

We stayed at Lake Havasu through RPI reciprocal and as such you do bot get to choose your campsite… they stuck us in the back by the water tower, garbage cans and propane tanks. The water tower hummed the entire time. Sunsets where to our backs, if I could have chosen my site there was one open that looked 100 times better. Being our first time to Lake Havasu, this experience will most likely make it our last. Not impressed all

Colorado River Adventures has given me nothing but grief. Their property photos are deceptive! So far only one property I have stayed at is on the water! Would I recommend joining? Nope! They have no customer service they seem to only care about money and rules! The parks are not maintained very well! Went to take a shower and the water was off! The owner is obviously greed motivated and does not care about his members! I am so disappointed and disgusted with my decision to spend my money on this!

Honestly I feel duked. Pictures looked like it was close to the lake and maybe it's my fault for not checking better but this place is located in an industrial district surrounded by RV storage facilities and industrial garages. Not much more than a gravel parking lot with an pool. During our stay ants started to come into the front cab. They climbed up the leveling supports and tires from their nest along the back wall. Booked this resort through RPI network and got what we payed for. Tried to use the pool and had to listen to jack hammers in the hot tub next to us the whole time along with screaming kids and bad parents yelling at their children. Part of the Colorado River Adventure network which was horrible to deal with and refused us entry to their park in Yuma because of some logistics reason they made up.

Arrived and the staff were very helpful. The site was level and lots of room. The sewer connection is a little too high so it makes it difficult to get a grade. Water pressure is really low.||The men’s bathroom smells very badly of sewer and they ask that you turn off the lights when leaving which is great but it also shuts off the ceiling fan. Please separate the fan and the lights so the fan can be left on when the lights are off.||The pamphlet says they accept parcels from Fedex, UPS, USPS at the park. But the handout needs updating as was told “THEY DONOT ACCEPT PARCELS FROM FEDEX, UPS, USPS” So Amazon is out. I did order from Amazon and was not told about the sign in the window that they do not accept USPS and then asked a staff member day before about accepting it and they said they would as a grace period. The day of delivery I got a text that it was refused at the office I ran up to the office and got the parcel. Told the staff member about the grace period that I was told about and she didn’t care. Even though I added my site number to the address. She couldn’t look up my name and see that I was here. Just lazy to me. People pay a lot for RV resorts and services and this is not service. Going a little above and beyond would be nice in this day and age.||I would think that if your Resort thinks that they are special then start accepting mail and UPS for rvers that travel thru your resort. These places we are calling home and other Resorts accept parcels and mail why can’t you. ||Due to the corona virus outbreak the resort dosent seem to taking any sort of precautions for the rvers and their guests. They should have hand wipes at least in the bathrooms for wiping door knobs, grab bars and toilet seats. Stop group exercising for a while as most of them are over 60 and are heavy breathing and sweating in close quarters. Just hope they think abit.||Overall was a nice visit and the people were friendly.||||
